Research On The Integration Of Culture And Tourism In Hunan Public Libraries

The formation of the Ministry of culture and tourism marks the further development of the cultural tourism industry as the direction of the national key planning to a certain extent.As an important social public cultural institution,public libraries should speed up the development of cultural tourism integration,which is an important way to adapt to the situation and seek their own development.The integration of culture and tourism means that the cultural industry and tourism industry blend and promote each other.Its soul lies in using culture to enhance the connotation of tourism,and at the same time using tourism as a carrier to highlight the charm of culture.Under the new situation,public libraries have the responsibility and obligation to constantly improve the library service system,and actively develop new service forms on the basis of keeping the existing borrowing service and reading promotion service unaffected,which is conducive to improving the social status and social influence of public libraries.At present,under the background of cultural and tourism integration,Hunan Provincial Public Library has bravely tried under the guidance of national policies,actively adapted to the changing needs of the society and the people,carried out the practice of cultural and tourism integration,and achieved certain results.Through the methods of literature research,statistical analysis,network research and case study,referring to the theory of global service and relevant theories of industrial integration,and based on the current situation of cultural tourism integration of Public Libraries in Hunan Province,this paper summarizes three practical forms of cultural tourism integration service in Hunan Province,namely "library +",research tourism,"characteristic collection resources + tourism development",According to the local tourism resources and the development of cultural and tourism integration services,four public libraries are selected as representative case studies,namely Changsha library,Chenzhou library,Zhangjiajie Yongding District Library and Shaoshan Mao Zedong library.The research is carried out from four aspects: basic resources,cultural and tourism integration service content,publicity and promotion of cultural and tourism integration work,and library cultural and tourism integration cooperation with external institutions.On this basis,the author found that the problems existing in the development of cultural tourism integration of Hunan public library are: incomplete cultural tourism supporting infrastructure,low quality of cultural tourism integration service content,insufficient publicity and promotion of cultural tourism integration,and less cooperation between the library and external institutions.Finally,aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward the development strategies of cultural tourism integration of public libraries,including strengthening and improving the infrastructure construction of public libraries,improving the service quality of cultural tourism integration of public libraries,innovating the promotion path of cultural tourism integration of libraries,and promoting the cross-border coordinated development of cultural tourism integration.It is expected that the research results of this paper can provide reference for the integration of culture and tourism in Hunan public library.
