| With the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic,the dispute between China and the United States continues,China continues to be blocked by developed countries in terms of "sticking" technologies such as chips,integrated circuits,and high-end software,and the international innovation environment is constantly changing.As a developing country with the strongest comprehensive strength in the world,China’s technological foundation is relatively weak,and knowledge-intensive high-end industries do not have enough initiative in the world.Enterprises urgently need to strengthen their connection and cooperation with the outside world with the help of open innovation mode,break through organizational boundaries,search and identify external rich innovation resources,reconstruct their own technological resource system,and improve their independent innovation ability to cope with the complex international environment.This is also the core and key to China’s development towards a high-quality economy.In the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform in China,the artificial intelligence industry as the core driving force,the ecological network innovation characterized by "opening" and "sharing" has had a profound impact and great changes on the current technological paradigm,the overall pattern of artificial intelligence industry and social life.More and more enterprises choose to embrace the open innovation model and explore the evolution characteristics of new technology open innovation.To achieve enterprises to avoid unknown and known risks in innovative technology and strategic choices is conducive to the continuous construction of the advantage of sustainable development of artificial intelligence.This paper selects i FLYTEK Co.,Ltd.,the leading voice enterprise of artificial intelligence,by combining the specific practice of the enterprise,based on the two perspectives of dynamic capability and open innovation,this paper attempts to explore the co-performance characteristics and realization path of dynamic capability and open innovation mode of artificial intelligence enterprises.The results show that:first of all,as the key driving capability of open innovation of artificial intelligence enterprises,dynamic capability exists in the form of capability combination,including learning absorption capacity,change and innovation ability and resource integration ability.each capability dimension adjusts and evolves spontaneously with the change of innovation environment and the development of the enterprise itself,and continues to improve in the process of continuous evolution.Secondly,open innovation is a continuous and dynamic innovation that occurs according to the internal and external situations faced by enterprises.With the change of innovation situation and the improvement of dynamic ability,the innovation mode of artificial intelligence enterprises has also changed from inbound to outbound and then to coupling open innovation in the process of dynamic evolution.Finally,artificial intelligence enterprises build sustainable advantages through the collaborative evolution of innovation mode,dynamic capability and innovation path,and promote the realization path of open innovation from external dependence to leading participation to community co-creation.in order to create a dynamic balance of innovation.This paper studies the evolution mechanism of open innovation mode of artificial intelligence enterprises,which not only further enriches the theoretical research and practical research of open innovation,but also realizes the upgrading of open innovation mode for similar enterprises of artificial intelligence.Building sustainable advantages also has a positive guiding significance. |
