Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Public Library Construction In Changsha From The Perspective Of Ecology

The reports of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China all mentioned the ecological civilization construction strategy.The State Council regards ecological culture as an important task in the construction of a modern public cultural service system,and effectively improves the public’s awareness of ecological civilization.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that my country has shifted to a stage of high-quality development,and proposed the vision of socialist modernization by 2035 to build a culturally powerful country.The national ecological civilization strategy and high-quality development strategy are new opportunities for the development of public libraries.Changsha is the cultural capital of East Asia and an international cultural and creative center.It attaches great importance to public cultural services and national reading.Therefore,from the perspective of ecology,the construction of public libraries in Changsha will further promote public cultural services and national reading,strengthen cultural self-confidence,and improve national cultural literacy.and information literacy.Based on ecological theory,information ecology theory,and high-quality development theory,this research systematically studies the construction of public libraries in Changsha by using the methods of survey research,comparative analysis,and case study.This paper systematically sorts out the current research status at home and abroad in terms of library construction theory,function,construction,and dilemma.Secondly,it defines the core concepts in the construction of public libraries from an ecological perspective,including ecology and ecosystems,information ecosystems,and library ecology.System,etc.,and analyzed the theoretical basis of public library construction from the ecological perspective,including ecological theory,information ecology theory and high-quality development theory,providing a theoretical basis for the construction of public libraries from an ecological perspective;The current situation is investigated and analyzed,and the existing problems are found and the reasons are analyzed.There are also great differences in the construction of public libraries in Changsha area.The survey found that from the perspective of ecology,the construction of public libraries in Changsha area has problems such as the homogeneity of library buildings;the unbalanced library resources;the relatively single library culture;and the incomplete library services.The increment needs to be improved,the reading promotion needs to be innovated,and the talent team needs to be improved.Finally,through research and analysis,it puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of public libraries in Changsha from the perspective of ecology,that is,to strengthen the construction of library buildings,strengthen the construction of resources,optimize cultural construction,and improve service efficiency.Based on ecological theory,information ecology theory and high-quality development theory,this study discusses the construction and optimization strategies of public libraries in Changsha,which has reference and reference value for promoting the high-quality development of public cultural services in Changsha and promoting the healthy development of public libraries in Changsha.
