Research On The Evaluation Of Information Resource Development Of Enterprise Library

In the 20 th century,the basic information resources demands of people are mainly books and newspaper,and the enterprise library brings sufficient spiritual cultural life to the workers in this period,with the information resources demands changing of people,the enterprise library enters the trouble of being ignored;But there are also some of the enterprises relying on their own special resources to develop secondary literature,entering the good cycling road of showing the industry special information service to public,at the same time,in order to make more enterprise libraries flourish,it is necessary to find out the development problems of enterprise libraries and take targeted optimization measures.Reasonable evaluation of the status quo is the basis for finding and solving problems.Based on this idea,this paper takes the evaluation of the development level of enterprise library information resources as the research object,and mainly carries out the following research contents:Firstly,the evaluation index set was initially constructed combining the theoretical basis and standard documents.Secondly,the original data were obtained through scale questionnair,with reliability,validity,factors and AHP analysis on the data,the weight of each index was determined,the index system also established which are divided into 5 first-level,16second-level,and 81 third-level indicators.Finally,the library of Hunan Architectural Design Institute was selected as the case,to evaluate with the standard scoring method,coupling with the established standard evaluation index system,and some suggestions were proposed through the evaluation results.This research constructing an evaluation system of enterprise library information resources development,provides a combined method of quantitation and qualification for the evaluation on information resource development of enterprise libraries,to enable enterprise libraries to have a reasonable reference model to measure the enterprise contribution,providing tools for enterprise libraries to investigate users’ information resource demand,and channels reflecting their own information needs for enterprise library users.6 pictures,29 tables,73 references...
