With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry,the base telecommunications equipment data and business information are also growing rapidly.The traditional old management method has been unable to meet the accumulation of massive data,and the data are for their own system services,there is no general standard to carry out unified planning for the data of multiple telecommunication systems,so that managers can not accurately understand the specific layout,construction and maintenance of enterprises.The constructio n of resource information platform of telecommunication enterprises based on GIS can perfectly solve the problems faced by the communication industry,which is of great help to the construction,maintenance and management of communication network.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of the use of resource information of Heilongjiang Unicom's informatization cooperation with the first-line production,and analyzes the requirements of building a unified resource integration information platform in detail.According to the requirements,the data design,architecture design and functional structure of the system are given in the design stage.Based on geographic information system,the system uses Java development language,spring + MVC framework,and carries out secondary development on the basis of Arc GIS for Java Script API and Arc GIS for flex API.The system functions mainly include address process management module,data management center module,resource prediction module,base station location analysis module,system management module,resource equipment diagram module.The system management module includes permission management operation and role maintenance operation.This module is used to ensure that the user controls the data operatio n within the scope of using permission when accessing the system,so as to ensure the isolation and security of user data.The data management center provides the data import template based on the standard address specification,creates the process based o n the address data,and realizes the standard address spatialization.Base station location analysis is an analysis module for base station location based on the standard address information integrated by enterprise resource platform,user internet traffic data,and the density of nearby population.The resource prediction module is embedded in BSS system and c BSS system,aiming at the fixed network and broadband users to query the relevant resources of line system according to the standard address to establish data information feedback service.The above figure of resource equipment is integrated in the line system.For the resources without longitude and latitude of the line system,the location point is directly selected on the map to complete the installation of resources(spectroscope,junction box,PON,DSLAM)and other equipment and the above figure correlation of their coverage.Address process management is to ensure the effective supplement of standard address and the improvement of existing address process module by calling the supplementary process of business to resource prediction calling service.Through the test of the system function module and the system performance,it is verified that the system has completed the expected objectives and use requirements in the early stage,online.At present,the system has comprehensively improved the standard address database of Heilongjiang Province,and effectively combined with other system data to provide effective support for channel business to handle fixed line,broadband,IPTV and other businesses,combined with the line system,business analysis system related data,to provide effective data support for the market,assist the development of related businesses,improve and accelerate the integration of Unicom in the fixed network environment Ability.
