With the rapid development of Internet technology, because of itsrich content timeliness and accessibility features, digital teaching resources isincreasingly becoming the source of the majority of teachers and students access toinformation. However, due to the growing number of digital teaching resource libraryresources giant, automatic filtering and storage mechanisms and evaluationmechanisms are inadequate, making a digital library of teaching resources teachingresources can not be accurately organized and categorized. Users are more difficult toget the information from the resource library. Artificial storage filtration andevaluation is a complex, time-consuming and required professional knowledge andsubjective judgments involving process. Confronting with a huge number of storageresources, relying solely on artificial digital repository evaluation only can not meetusers’ growing need of mass of information. Designing a computational model ofautomatic evaluation of digital teaching resources by mining resource characteristicsbetween the attributes and evaluation, the model analog behavior expert evaluation ofdigital teaching resources. Through the relevant characteristics of the properties ofdigital teaching resources, processing using Java technology to deal with thesecharacteristic properties and digital teaching resource evaluation of the intrinsicassociation algorithm become possible. And the technology makes the automaticjudgments based on the calculation results of the evaluation of digital teachingresources.In order to allow the users to quickly and correctly access to the resources of thelibrary of high-quality digital teaching resources, the paper do the following work:(1)understanding the walking through method to the evaluation of digital teachingresources, the thinking aloud method, the documentary research index method;(2)through artificial adding and machine extracting method, it aims to extract the digitalteaching resources characteristic attributes;(3) identify the internal associationbetween the resource characteristic properties and the auto-evaluation model;(4)mining the association with the evaluation system and the characteristic properties, andrealize the automatic judgment. To allow users to access to news informationaccurately in the library.The main content of this paper is as follows:The first chapter discusses the research background and significance of the paperinvolved concepts, details the research objectives and content.The second chapter, respectively, from the three aspects of the theoretical basis andpractical foundation and technical basis of the implementation and research basis, thepaper narrates the research possibilities and rules. The third chapter focuses on the digital teaching resource library evaluation model.Literature cognitive walking through, think aloud method and other methods toestablish automatic evaluation system of digital teaching resource library. After themanual processing methods to extract the characteristic properties of the resource, andto identify the link between the characteristic properties and evaluation system, so as tocreate a digital library of teaching resources evaluation model.Design and implementation of the fourth chapter is the evaluation system of digitalteaching resource library.The chapter five is digital teaching resource library automatic evaluation systemtest and evaluation, and finally the author is going to discuss the test results reflectionand raised the inadequacies of the research and tell the disadvantage of work prioritiesand make vision for the future.
