Research On Academic Influence Evaluation Based On Academic Trace

Under the macro evaluation background of "breaking five onlys" and "eliminating SCI",objective and reasonable academic influence evaluation indicators play an important role and significance in the evaluation of academic subjects and objects.First of all,a reasonable academic influence evaluation can reasonably allocate academic resources and ensure the optimal utilization efficiency of academic resources.Secondly,by fairly judging the academic achievements of scholars,disciplines and institutions,it can effectively stimulate the scientific research enthusiasm of academic subjects and objects and promote scientific progress.Based on the literature research method,bibliometrics method,empirical research method,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method,this paper selects the academic track index,h index,influence factor,cited volume and published volume as the indicators of the academic influence evaluation system.Using the entropy weight method to objectively weight,this paper constructs an academic influence evaluation model,and makes an empirical study on scholars in the field of Library and information,mathematics disciplines in Colleges and universities in Hunan Province,journals in the field of Library and information,and patents in the field of big data.The empirical research of this paper is mainly carried out from two dimensions: one is to calculate and analyze the h index,academic track and academic influence of each research object from the macro dimension,and to evaluate their academic influence performance based on absolute values;The second is to analyze the influencing factors of academic track and academic influence from the micro dimension,prioritize the influencing factors through the areas of the academic matrix,and determine the key factors.According to the key factors that affect the academic influence,this paper gives practical promotion methods.The empirical research shows that the academic influence evaluation index system constructed in this paper is suitable for the academic influence evaluation of scholars,disciplines,journals and patents,has good evaluation effect,and provides new ideas and methods for the academic influence evaluation under the current era background.
