With the rapid development and changes in the global market,more and more enterprises are expanding through mergers and acquisitions,which results in more and more molecular companies in the group,thus giving rise to management difficulties,cost surges and poor efficiency of staff services.Driven by internal and external pressures,enterprises are seeking a new management model,which is the financial shared service centre model as discussed in this thesis.The financial shared service centre mainly relies on information technology system software to centralize the repetitive work scattered in each molecular company in the centre and standardize business and financial work by sorting out the process to achieve the purpose of reducing operating costs,improving the efficiency of financial staff and increasing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.This thesis starts with the concept of FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre),summarizes the characteristics and advantages of financial shared service centres and the problems that existed at the initial stage of construction,and then analyses the development trend of FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre)in enterprises.Using Group K as a case background,this thesis analyses the implementation of the FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre)in Group K in detail,taking a deeper look at various aspects such as site selection and positioning,organizational structure reform,business process reengineering and information technology platform construction,revealing the results and benefits brought by Group K's construction of the FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre).However,due to the short period of time that K Group has been building the FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre),it has encountered many problems during the implementation process.Therefore,this thesis takes these problems as a point to analyze the problems encountered by Group K from three perspectives: software system,operation management and personnel management,and provides corresponding optimization measures.This thesis will not only be beneficial to the development of Group K's financial shared service centre,but also serve as a reference for similar enterprises to establish FSSC(Financial Shared Service Centre).
