| Under the background of The Times that the country advocates enterprises to complete the digital transformation as soon as possible,under the support of the relevant technologies of the rapid development of information and intelligence,the establishment of financial sharing center and business process reengineering have become the only link for many large enterprises at home and abroad to realize the digital transformation of accounting work.Because financial sharing can transform simple and repetitive tasks into standard processes,centralized operations and reduced operational risks,so as to achieve a leap in the quality of company data and improve the efficiency of financial work,and lay a good foundation for enterprise digital empowerment.ZS Group has a large number of companies,the quality of financial data of various companies is uneven,increasingly serious data quality problems and lack of accounting management functions and other problems urgently need to establish financial sharing,business process transformation,to speed up the pace of digital governance,financial work digital transformation goals.This paper takes ZS Group as the main research object to study the process reengineering based on financial sharing.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the research,and summarizes the literature on the construction mode of financial sharing center,financial informatization based on business process reconfiguration,and the effect evaluation of financial management informatization project at home and abroad.It concludes that the construction of financial sharing cannot be separated from the reengineering of business process,and the reengineering of business process is the key to whether financial sharing can fully play its role.The evaluation model needs several steps,such as the selection of index,the calculation of weight,the construction of model,the formulation of evaluation criteria and the analysis of results.Then analyze the status quo of ZS group,find out the goal of ZS Group process reform,respectively on the ZS group reimbursement process,general ledger process,receivable and payable process,capital process analysis and diagnosis.Next,design based on financial sharing ZS Group reimbursement circular business process,general ledger circular business process,receivables and payables circular business process,capital circular business process,full circular business process,strive to create each information system data does not land in the full cycle of health data ecological environment business process.Finally,a reasonable evaluation index system is constructed through the analytic hierarchy process,the weights of indicators at each level are calculated,and then the results calculated by the comprehensive index method are used to test the effect of the transformation of the construction process of the financial sharing center..According to the final calculation results,the paper evaluates the results of ZS Group’s business process reengineering based on financial sharing,and obtains good results.Although ZS group in the financial processing accuracy and efficiency of the excellent score,but due to the early publicity is not in place,financial personnel did not transfer in accordance with the scheduled direction.ZS Group business process reengineering based on financial sharing provides meaningful reference value for other large group companies with many management levels based on financial sharing business process reengineering. |
