Research On Multi-project Schedule Management Based On DevOps Development Mode

With China’s emphasis on digital construction in recent years,the information technology industry and the Internet industry are booming,and new forms of business,new business models and new demands keep emerging.This challenges the software development industry’s ability to deliver quickly.Whoever can respond to these new changes in the shortest time will win the advantage of the market.With the increase of business complexity,the system platform becomes larger and larger,and the complexity and coupling degree become higher.Therefore,more enterprises adopt DevOps agile development mode to cope with it,and microservice architecture is adopted to decouple the system architecture.From the perspective of project management,each service can be regarded as a project,and the company needs to coordinate the resource allocation and implementation pace of each project,and ensure timely delivery and launch.Therefore,DevOps agile development mode of the company,how to do a good job of schedule management of multiple projects,become a major issue.Based on the summary of academic literature on multi-project management and schedule management,this paper summarizes the technical methods of project schedule management,multi-project management and DevOps development mode.Taking the project schedule management of U Company as an example,the current situation of multiproject and single-project management of the company is investigated and analyzed,and the technical methods of project schedule management are used for analysis,focusing on organizational structure,project evaluation,performance appraisal,project process management and other aspects.Based on the analysis results,an optimization scheme is designed,which is divided into two aspects:schedule management optimization of multiple projects and standard design of DevOps development process.At the company level,we optimized the organizational structure,established a project management committee to improve project evaluation,and perfected the project evaluation system.Improved requirements,testing,deployment,and operations processes in terms of process improvement.Finally,according to the optimization scheme,select specific projects to illustrate the implementation effect.The case selected in this paper is a relatively standard development mode in Internet companies,and the optimization scheme designed has certain reference and reference for similar enterprises.
