Research On Project Scope Management Of Finacial Business Software Development

With the advent of the digital era,the development of the software industry has become increasingly significant and the industrial benefits have been comprehensively improved.As a pioneer of digital transformation,the financial industry has increasing demand for business system construction.In the actual project construction,the success rate of software project is not high.There are many factors leading to project failure,and poor project scope management is a very important reason.This paper takes THE TBPS project as an example,analyzes the scope management problems of the project and their causes,and designs a set of effective solutions based on the theory,technology and tools of scope management to improve the success rate of TBPS project construction.First of all,let the project team know the importance of project management through training,and improve the team’s awareness of project management and scope management.Secondly,use proper tools and techniques to design TBPS system-wide management solutions.In the demand collection stage,prototype method and system interaction diagram are used to improve the quality of demand collection.The scope definition stage adopts the concept of gradual detail,which is carried out repeatedly in the process of project construction to clarify the scope of the project and ensure that the scope benchmark is controllable.In the task decomposition stage,WBS is used to decompose the project into smaller work packages to improve management efficiency and clarify rights and responsibilities.Control change Phase Design a strict change process to avoid project scope creep caused by frequent changes.Finally,the scheme is applied to the actual project construction,and the implementation effect of the scheme is evaluated.Through the design and implementation of the scheme,to improve the shortcomings of the scheme,in order to provide scope management basis for the construction of financial business system.
