Research On Agile Development Process Optimization For Scrum And OKR-based In Company A

From the beginning of the information age,to the era of intelligence,the information industry has been rapid developed,and the semiconductor industry has long been the support industry that promote social development.Hot words such as artificial intelligence,big data,digital cities,and smart driving are all symbols of the intelligent era,and their development or realization can not be separated from the support of semiconductors.Company A is a world-renowned semiconductor company,its products were widely applied in automotive electronics,industry,smart home,mobile products,communications infrastructure and other fields.For most semiconductor manufacturers,not only do the need excellent semiconductor products,but the corresponding development infrastructure is also extremely important.Friendly development tools allow users to focus more on specific business development than on the BSP driven adaptation.Therefore,how to better help customers develop products,is also the focus of semiconductor manufacturers.Chips in various industries,product forms of the application of different ways and needs are different.Clearly,meeting the needs of various industries is not easy for semiconductor manufacturers.To be more agile in responding to the diverse needs of the market,Company A gradually introduced the Scrum development framework around 2014.Scrum is now fully used in Company A.This paper takes Company A as the research object,takes the temporary working group set up by the new project as the pilot,optimizes the Scrum development method based on OKR’s objects management method,provides theoretical support and practical support for the optimization of A company’s software development and goal management,builds the agile development method that adapts more to Company A,and enhances the agility of the company’s software development.In the process of project practice,adjustments were made mainly to the project development process,team organization method,target management method and communication method of company A.The completion results of the project prove that the combination of Scrum and OKR is to a certain extent the software development process of company A,which is suitable for promotion in company A.
