| With the change of the global competition mode,more and more enterprises have begun to pay attention to the management of suppliers.Supplier management includes supplier evaluation,selection,relationship management,assessment and other processes.Supplier evaluation is the core of supplier management.The results of supplier evaluation directly affect the selection of suppliers,and the selection of suppliers will affect the development of enterprises.cause a great impact.Company A is a provincial-level communication operator in the west.Due to the shrinking of traditional business volume,it hopes to open up new business by building a data platform system.The data platform software development project is a strategic project of Company A.Its construction is not only related to the ranking of Company A in the group,but also to the normal operation of the business in the province where Company A is located.Based on the software development project of company A’s dataplatform,this paper comprehensively uses scientific methods such as literature research method,case analysismethod,expert interview method,and evaluation theory to evaluate potential suppliers that provide software development services for this project.The paper uses methods such as literature research and expert interviews to preliminarily determine supplier evaluation indicators,and then organizes experts to hold meetings to determine5 first-level evaluation indicators and 10 second-level evaluation indicators that will ultimately be used to evaluate potential suppliers of data platform software development projects.evaluation indicators.And invited 5 internal experts of company A to compare the final supplier evaluation indicators obtained through the above methods,to obtain a judgment matrix,and use the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of each evaluation indicator.Then,the supplier evaluation index and evaluation index weight obtained by the above method are applied to the evaluation of potential suppliers of data platform project software development service by using bidding method and comprehensive scoring method,and the software development service for data platform project is selected.cooperative suppliers.Finally,through the evaluation of the effect after the implementation of the project manager interview,it is explained that the supplier evaluation index selected in this paper is suitable for the software development service of the data platform project,and the weight of the evaluation index obtained in this paper is suitable for the software development service of the data platform project. |
