In recent years,the No.1 central document of the Central Committee has repeatedly stressed that the most arduous and arduous task of building a modern socialist country in China still lies in the countryside.Opportunities and risks coexist in China’s development and construction,and the unprecedented major changes are accelerating.The basic framework of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" is crucial and must not be lost.High quality farmers,as the driving force for new rural construction and rural revitalization in the new era,and the main force for technological progress,are an irreplaceable force and an important guarantee for poverty alleviation.In 2020,the No.1 central document of the Central Government first proposed to "accelerate the construction of high-quality farmers’ education and training system",which means that the concept of "new professional farmers",which has lasted for many years,will gradually change to cultivate "high-quality farmers".In carrying out high-quality farmer training in Benxi City,Liaoning Province,attention is paid to discovering their training willingness and organically combining the training willingness and effectiveness,so that the training work can be helpful and improve them.And enable the training effect to adapt to the current market development needs.This paper conducts a multi-dimensional survey in the form of field visits and research,combines the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,takes human capital theory,education supply theory,rational choice theory and cognitive behavior theory as the theoretical basis,collects 265 high-quality farmers’ survey data as the data basis for descriptive analysis,and uses binary logistic regression analysis method to empirically analyze the influencing factors of high-quality farmers’ training willingness,The research conclusion of this article aims to systematically study the willingness of high-quality farmers to participate in training and its related influencing factors,and provide scientific,practical,and practical policy recommendations for relevant departments to introduce and implement high-quality farmer training plans,as well as data analysis support.The main research conclusions drawn in this article are as follows:(1)Through descriptive statistical analysis,it can be seen that men fill out the majority of questionnaires,which is consistent with the gender structure of local agricultural labor entities.In terms of education level,the proportion of respondents with a junior high school education or below is the highest,indicating that they have great potential for future development in vocational skills.The proportion of farmers with an annual income exceeding80000 yuan among the surveyed is relatively small,indicating a low level of local economic development.Most households do not hire temporary workers,reflecting the low disposable income of local households.Most of the respondents lack understanding of policies related to high-quality farmer training,reflecting the lack of reliable information sources in their respective regions.(2)Through empirical analysis,it can be seen that gender,whether they have worked as domestic workers in the city,the number of family labor force,family annual income,and whether they hire temporary workers all have a significant impact on training willingness.The survey found that men are more willing to sign up for high-quality farmer training.High quality farmers who have not been to the city’s internal affairs department are more willing to receive training.Families with a large number of labor force members are less likely to require specialized training.High income families,on the other hand,have more funds to cope with agricultural labor by hiring others or using machinery,and have more time to participate in training.Farmers who hire temporary workers hope to learn advanced knowledge and skills through training and apply them to improve productivity.Based on the research findings,the following suggestions are proposed: firstly,increase the training and publicity efforts to attract and encourage trainees to participate in the cultivation work.The second is to accurately select training targets and improve training effectiveness.Thirdly,scientifically and reasonably carry out training based on the household situation of farmers.Fourth,increase policy support for high-quality farmers.The fifth is to optimize the training schedule for high-quality farmers.
