The Research On Farmers' Willingness To Participate In Training Of New Countryside Construction

Agricultural development depends on technology; technological progress depends on talents, while training talents depends on education. China is an agricultural country and agricultural population counts to 70% of all. The level of farmer's qualification decides the level of China's economic and social development. Therefore, it is significant to enhance farmer's training, increase farmer's qualification and cultivate new farm, in order to solve the problems of "Agriculture, Rural areas and Farmers" and make plan as a whole for rural and urban development.After consulting large amounts of materials available at home and abroad, This paper study on factors influencing the farmer's willingness to participate in training and the training effect from the perspective of building a new socialist countryside, the town of Yan'an in Nanning City as an example for the empirical analysis. Through theoretical research and empirical analysis, we believe that the main factors of impacting on farmers involving in training including: personal factors, family factors and training its own factors. Training contributes to improve farmer's income, farmer's structure of knowledge and skills levels, and promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force in different degrees. On this basis, this paper puts forward frame of farmer's training development in Nanning City constructing the running system of "government make plan as whole, agricultural organizations take the lead, the relevant organizations take concerted action, and social forces participate in" combined with government's guiding and market operating; bring forward the strategic program of plan and improve peasant's training. What's more, the thesis makes a conclusion and extension for developing model of peasant's training; establish such supporting systems of peasant's training as leading, policy, multi-investing, information net; improves and innovates the working method for peasant's training; and makes suggestions to enhance ability construction of peasant's training.The whole paper includes 5 parts as follows:Article 1, IntroductionIntroduce the background, goal, and significance of the research; summarizing the study condition at home and abroad; make clear the thoughts and method of research , at the same time definite the relevant concepts on the research; and offer the preparations for the research.Article 2, Theory of farmer's training Expatiate on theories on human resources, education economic, rational choice theory, social and psychological theories.Article 3, analysis factor influencing the farm's willingness to participate in training and they are personal factors, family factors and the training itself. Then author analysis Factors Affecting fanners to participate in the training in a ways of regression.Article 4, through literature review and survey research, Analysis the effect of farmers participating in training and find that the training lead to increase farmer's incomes and improve farmer's knowledge structure and skill levels, promote transferring of rural labor force . The conclusion is helpful to establish a sound mechanism for training farmers, modify the ways of training of farmers.Article 5, Facing to problems existing in farmer's training, puts forward the management system reform method and running system of government make plan as whole, agricultural organizations take the lead, the relevant organizations take concerted action, and social forces participate in" combined with government's guiding and market operating and measures to promote the sustainable development of peasant's training in Nanning city.
