| China’s socialist modernization drive has entered a new era,and it is also an important period for my country’s agriculture to transform from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Under this background,modern agricultural equipment at home and abroad is widely used,the level of agricultural technology is gradually improved,and the agricultural industry structure is constantly changing.Transformation and upgrading,but it cannot be ignored that the majority of farmers in our country have a low cultural level,are older,and have traditional agricultural production ideas.They cannot effectively learn and master advanced agricultural knowledge and use modern production machinery and equipment,which will inevitably lead to the slow process of agricultural modernization in our country.Undoubtedly,the training of new professional farmers is an important measure to enhance farmers’ advanced agricultural knowledge and agricultural production technology,and is a key channel for shaping high-quality farmers to advance the country’s modern agricultural process.To this end,this paper takes Yantai Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmer Field School as an example of the training of new professional farmers,and discusses the effectiveness of new professional farmers training through questionnaires and interviews with the trainees and staff of Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmers Field School.Point out the shortcomings in the training,and empirically analyze the relevant factors that affect the trainees’ willingness to participate in the training.It is expected to further enhance the training effect and lay a solid foundation for the construction of a new professional farmer training system for Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmer Field School.This paper firstly provides a comprehensive overview of the research status of domestic and international new-type professional farmer training by searching and reading policy documents on training new-type professional farmers;secondly,through questionnaires and field interviews,it grasps the training of new-type professional farmers in Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmer Field School.The basic situation of the work is carried out,and a comprehensive analysis is carried out from the three levels of the training subject,the training object and the training environment.At the same time,the logistic regression analysis is used to empirically analyze the main factors that affect the trainees’ willingness to participate in the training;To optimize the training work of Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmer Field School,targeted suggestions are put forward,and it is also expected to provide reference and reference for the good development of new professional farmer training work in other regions.The conclusions of this study are divided into the following three points:First,through descriptive statistical analysis and satisfaction analysis of the survey data,the deficiencies of the new professional farmer training work of Zengfu Mountain Family Farm Farmer Field School were identified from three levels.Among them,the main problems of the training subjects are the lack of pertinence in the training content,the emphasis on classroom theory in the training methods,and the lack of interaction between teachers’ classroom lectures;the main problems of the training objects are that the trainees have a low education level,are older,and the trainees’ ideas and production techniques are more traditional.The main problems of the training environment are that the training and publicity work for new professional farmers is not in place,and the rural social security is not mature.Second,according to the survey data,through binary Logistic regression analysis,it is found that age and training time are negatively correlated with farmers’ desire to participate in training;gender,per capita annual income,educational level,theoretical courses and students’ needs are in line with the needs of students,and practical training courses are in line with students’ needs.The degree of training,the teacher’s explanation of the training,visiting and learning,the classroom discussion,and the training level of the new professional farmers are positively related to the farmers’ willingness to participate in the training.Thirdly,based on the survey data and the characteristics of factors that affect trainees’ willingness to participate in the training,combined with the experience and lessons of the training of new-type professional farmers in various places,suggestions are given for the training of new-type professional farmers in the Farmer Field School of Zengfu Mountain Family Farm from three levels: Section 3 First,the main body of training needs to reasonably design training arrangements,which mainly include:researching training needs,designing teaching content;optimizing practice links to enhance teaching effectiveness;enriching teaching methods and rationally planning time.Second,the training object should change the traditional learning concept.Third,the training environment needs to increase publicity and policy guarantees,mainly including increasing publicity and mobilization to attract farmers to participate;improving social security and promoting vocational training. |
