Study On The Training Needs Of New Professional Farmers

In the background of agricultural modernization acceleration and agricultural supply side reform,and the shortage of rural human capital,exploring new vocational farmers training ideas,effectively developing rural human resources and improving the comprehensive quality of farmers are of great significance to solve the low agricultural competitiveness,backward rural economic development and slow increase of farmers' income.First,the paper summarized the theoretical achievements and existing research conclusions of vocational farmers training at home and abroad,and defined the basic concepts of new vocational farmers,farmers training,training needs and so on based on human capital theory,public product theory and supply and demand equilibrium theory as the basic theory of this paper.Then,taking Henan Province as an example,the paper studied the demonstration construction and effect of new vocational farmer training in Henan Province,analyzed the supply and demand situation of vocational farmer training,and summarized the existing problems in the training of new vocational farmers in Henan Province.Using Logistic binary model,the paper empirically studied the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in training,analyzed the influence of 14 variables on farmers' training intention,from more than four aspects(farmers' individual characteristics,organization management,correlation experience and industry cognition).The results show that gender,cultural degree and policy attention have significant influence on the training intention.And the paper carried on the deep analysis to it.Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical analysis,the paper put forward some revision suggestions to improve the effectiveness of the countermeasures and suggestions.They includes improving the training supply system,training investment mechanism creatively,strengthening training of teachers and base construction,improving the level of training,improving the training incentive mechanism and paying attention to training demand research and so on.The suggestions have a certain contribution to provide a reference for the new vocational training for farmers and construct the theoretical system of education and training of farmers.
