The lack of various practical talents in rural areas is the biggest obstacle to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy requires new professional farmers to provide pillar strength and intellectual security as a talent resource.At the same time,from the Central Document No.1 to 2012,the country has made important strategic deployments for new professional farmers every year.From the initial efforts to strengthen the cultivation of new-type professional farmers,to the subsequent development of vocational education of farmers based on the needs of the countryside,every measure is the state's attention and support for the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.The development of urbanization has accelerated the transfer of rural labor to urban areas,which has further promoted the formation of the rural model of "men workers and women farming",and has increasingly made women an important contribution and supporting force for rural revitalization.Therefore,the cultivation of new professional women farmers has become Inevitable trend.As a typical agricultural province in Henan Province,talent bottleneck is an important factor restricting rural development,so this problem needs to be solved.Therefore,after the joint decision of the Ministry of Development of the All-China Women 's Federation and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,from 2017,Henan Province was identified as one of the four pilot provinces for the cultivation of new professional female farmers in the country,hoping to summarize advanced cultivation experience and comprehensively promote Professional farmer cultivation work.The main area studied in this article is Henan Province.Based on public product theory,supply and demand equilibrium theory,demand hierarchy theory,human capital theory,rational choice theory,expected valence theory and behavioral science theory,based on the data of the questionnaire survey,empirical analysis The supply and demand of new professional female farmers training in Henan Province.Starting from the contradiction between supply and demand,we find out the problems in the training of new professional female farmers in Henan Province.At the same time,we use a binary classification Logistic regression model to conduct empirical research on the influencing factors,and explore and analyze the individual characteristics,training needs and industries of female farmers The influence of 9 variables in 3 aspects including cognition on female farmers' willingness to participate in training.The results show:education level,family income source,desired training location,expected agricultural subsidy degree,agricultural policy concern and agricultural access system The six variables of the degree of recognition have a significant impact on training willingness,and they are analyzed in depth.Finally,based on theoretical and empirical analysis,several countermeasures are proposed for the training of new-type professional female farmers:increase training publicity and enhance participation initiative;strengthen demand investigation and precise implementation of training;improve the talent incentive mechanism;strengthen the construction of training base;strengthen the training of teachers power.
