At present,with the promulgation of the "Family Education Law" in China,all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to "home school cooperative education",and home school cooperative education has become a hot topic in educational research.However,relevant research and practice indicate that there are some problems in the current cooperative education between schools in our country.In order to promote the development of school cooperative education in our country,the author combined his own work experience and took A School in Wuhan City as the object of investigation to carry out a study on the current situation,problems,and countermeasures of "home school cooperative education" for senior high school class teachers.This study used questionnaire,interview,and observation methods to collect information on home-school cooperative education in the senior high school department of Wuhan A School.Through sorting out and analyzing the survey data,it summarized the current situation and problems of home-school cooperative education among senior high school class teachers,explored the reasons for the problems in home-school cooperative education among senior high school class teachers,and proposed targeted suggestions for improving the effectiveness of home-school cooperative education among senior high school class teachers.The research results show that high school class teachers have achieved some results in carrying out home-school cooperative education,mainly manifested in the high degree of recognition of the theory of home-school cooperative education,the consensus reached on the main responsibilities of home-school cooperative education,the high degree of initiative and cooperation of the main body of home-school cooperative education,the widespread recognition of the effectiveness of home-school cooperative education,and the innovative content of home-school cooperative education.However,there are also problems such as significant differences in home school communication between different subjects,low enthusiasm of class teachers in home school cooperative education,unclear responsibilities of home school cooperative education,incomplete evaluation and feedback mechanisms for home school cooperative education,urgent need to enrich forms of home school cooperative education,insufficient contact between parents and schools,overly simple ways for some parents to solve problems,strong attitudes towards home school cooperative education,and shallow cooperation among some parents.The head teacher has insufficient understanding of the work of home school cooperative education,insufficient competence in home school cooperative education,and excessive work tasks;The concept of educational responsibility of the new generation of parents is biased,the parenting style of the new generation of parents is inappropriate,the ideological burden of parents is too heavy,and the role of parents is unclear;The main reasons for the above problems are the imperfect mechanism of school cooperative education,the lack of supervision over the process of home-school cooperative education by class teachers,and the low degree of attention paid by schools.Based on the above conclusions,combined with the actual situation of School A and the current situation of home school cooperative education in China,it is proposed to strengthen class teacher training and improve the ability of class teacher home school cooperative education from four aspects: class teacher,school,parents,and collaborative mechanism;Attach importance to family school cooperation in educating people,and improve school rules and regulations;Improve parents’ educational concepts and improving family educational abilities;Improve the home school collaboration mechanism and improve the effectiveness of home school cooperation in educating people. |
