Education is an important cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress,and is the great plan of the country and the party.The "Opinions on Improving the Mechanism for School-Family Social Collaborative Education" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and other thirteen departments emphasizes that schools should play a leading role,make family education guidance services an important responsibility,and include them in school work plans.In addition,parents are also required to assume the main responsibility of family education,recognize the responsibility of family education as the first classroom and parents as the first teacher,pay attention to family building,create a good environment for their children’s growth,and actively participate in family education and home-school interaction organized by the school.At present,home-school cooperation has become an important research topic in the field of education and teaching,and is part of the future education reform.Family education,school education and social education are all part of the education system,of which family education is the foundation,school education is the key,social education is the extension,and the three coexist harmoniously and are interrelated.Because rural boarding junior high schools are located in townships,the overall cultural level of students’ parents is low,the educational attitude is relatively casual,and the education methods are inappropriate,which brings inconvenience to the development of home-school cooperation.In order to find a suitable solution,this paper takes three rural boarding junior high schools in S County,Henan Province as an example,investigates from the two aspects of "home" and "school",combines theory with practice,comprehensively studies the current situation of home-school cooperation,finds out the existing problems in the current home-school cooperation,and analyzes the causes according to the existing problems,so as to propose practical countermeasures.Through the research status quo,related theories,core concepts and survey methods at home and abroad,this paper designs parent questionnaires and teacher questionnaires,as well as parent interview outlines and teacher interview outlines,as well as parent interview outlines and teacher interview outlines,from the three dimensions of(subject and object)cognition,implementation(activity mode content),evaluation(activity effect),and home-school cooperation purpose,content,form,frequency,level,effect,and existing problems.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews with parents and teachers,it is found that parents and teachers do not have a good understanding of home-school cooperation,lack of effective supervision measures and evaluation systems,resulting in a series of problems such as lack of practical results,single activity content,and neglect of students’ subjectivity in the three schools.Through in-depth analysis from the four aspects of policy system,parents,teachers and students,the analysis finds the main reasons for the above problems when the supervision and evaluation system in the system is not perfect,the home-school cooperation is not standardized,and the teachers’ work is heavy.Finally,according to the reasons for the home-school cooperation problem,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given from the system,parents,schools and students. |
