| Education is composed of family education, school education, social education and selfeducation. Family education is not only the first place, but also a place for life. Parents are notonly the children’s first teachers, but also lifelong teachers. Family education has a functionwhich school education can not replace. It is more important that how to enable the schooleducation and the family education organic union, and how to use the school education toguide the family education. Along with the advancement of curriculum reform, the school,teachers and parents have had a clear understanding of the importance and necessity of thehome-school cooperation, in the process of actual home-school cooperation, it still existssome problems.Based on the research and experience of domestic and foreign related home-schoolcooperation, in reading a large number of literatures, on the basis of investigation of theelementary school, analyzes the problems and reasons existing in home-school cooperation.First, cooperation consciousness enhances a lot, but the reorganizations of the parents andteachers are very different. Second, cooperation is in various forms, but they are not fullycarried out. Third, parents look forward to cooperating with the school, but the schoolguidance is insufficient, and activity design needs to be perfect.Parents are the partners of the school. School should create a good environment for thehome-school cooperation, should take the initiative to accept the supervision of the parents,should do the training work to improve teacher’s home-school cooperation ability, and shouldinvite parents to participate in the activities organized by the school. And the thesis strives toexplore home-school cooperation strategies, solves realistic problems, changes educationconcept of the principals and the teachers and help the students to grow happily and healthily. |
