Based on the CIPP evaluation model of American curriculum expert Stafforbiem,this study constructs a scientific evaluation index system of school-based curriculum quality in primary schools from four dimensions: background,input,process and result,and provides a scientific evaluation scale for the evaluation of school-based curriculum quality,which can be used for reference by curriculum developers.This study is mainly divided into three steps: First,it is a theoretical discussion on the quality evaluation of school-based curriculum in primary schools.By using the method of keyword Co-word analysis,this paper focuses on the current research hotspots of school-based curriculum in China and writes a comprehensive review of school-based curriculum research at home and abroad.Secondly,it is the construction and measurement of primary school-based curriculum quality evaluation indicators.Through interviews and open-ended questionnaires to construct the index item bank,through exploratory factor analysis(EFA),confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and the evaluation of index weight,the evaluation index system of primary school-based curriculum quality is finally established.Finally,it is the application of the index system.Through the practical application of the index system,the feasibility of the implementation of the evaluation index is further tested,the shortcomings are analyzed,and the prospects for future school-based curriculum research are put forward.The main results of this study are as follows:1.By sorting out the domestic school-based curriculum research literature and Co-word analysis,this paper explores the current research hotspots of school-based curriculum in China,and forms a more detailed review of school-based curriculum research.2.After the exploration and verification of the indicators,the final evaluation index system of primary school-based curriculum quality includes four first-level indicators:development basis,resource allocation,school-based implementation and effectiveness impact.There are also 13 secondary indicators and 51 third-level indicators such as "National Policy Leadership".3.Through the practical application of the index system,this paper further exploresthe substantive problems in the process of school-based curriculum development,and puts forward prospects for future research on School-based curriculum.
