In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the construction of a strong education,strong skills and skilled society.Vocational education is committed to training more high-level technical and skilled personnel who can promote social and economic progress and meet the development needs of enterprises.However,in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational schools,especially in practical training courses,there is still a lack of connection between the training process and practical needs,and the educational goals and teaching results are inconsistent.Problems such as monotonous teaching process and low evaluation significance lead to poor teaching effect of practical training courses.Therefore,based on the practical needs of the country,society,education industry,enterprise development and so on,this study introduces the result-based education(OBE)educational concept into the teaching of secondary vocational courses.The educational concept aims at students’ success.Learning results-oriented,reverse design as the principle,meet the needs as the standard,comprehensively improve the quality of professional curriculum teaching,promote the reform of professional curriculum teaching,accelerate the traditional education of "teaching center paradigm" to "learning center paradigm" results-oriented education,train more high-quality technical and skilled personnel who meet the requirements of modern society.This research mainly adopts literature research,interview,educational experiment,mathematical statistics and other methods.Based on educational objective classification theory,competency-based education,proficient learning theory and other theoretical foundations,OBE teaching model is constructed by referring to the theoretical system of global results-oriented certification and the research results of scholars.Investigate and analyze the current teaching situation of "Simulation Tour Guide" course in secondary vocational schools and the needs of education stakeholders,define the "guiding standard" of talent training under the OBE teaching mode,such as major training objectives,graduation requirements indicators,course learning objectives,etc.,focus on the "three-level gradient" learning outcome target centering on its three core concepts and four implementation principles.Carry out the "three stages and eight links" in-depth participation in the classroom,construct the "three dimensions and four subjects" teaching evaluation system,strengthen the ability of students with the main line of "determine learning results-realize learning resultsevaluate learning results",optimize the design of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching evaluation and other teaching steps.Finally,the experimental group and the control group were selected to carry out specific teaching practice of OBE teaching model and non-OBE teaching model respectively,and analyze the teaching effect under results-oriented education.Through the investigation of students’ knowledge testing,skill assessment and recognition degree of teaching mode,it can be found that students in the experimental class have higher scores in knowledge testing and skill assessment than students in the control class,especially in the improvement of vocational skills,there is a significant change compared with the control class.In addition,the recognition degree of students in the experimental class for all aspects of the teaching mode is between satisfied and very satisfied.The results show that :OBE teaching mode can make students clear the teaching objectives of each stage,clear learning outcomes,is conducive to the achievement of teaching objectives;The optimization of OBE teaching process can stimulate students’ enthusiasm and self-confidence,and help students improve their ability and quality.The teaching evaluation of OBE teaching model can timely feedback students’ learning situation and promote students’ continuous improvement.OBE teaching model has effectively improved the classroom teaching effect of secondary vocational schools,and has been highly supported by students. |
