Secondary vocational education of tourism cultivates a large number of tourism talents for the tourism industry every year.The upgrading of tourism industry puts forward higher requirements for the professional quality of tourism talents.Under the background of vigorously promoting vocational education,tourism education in secondary vocational schools should actively explore the integration of new teaching design methods,accelerate the reform process of education and teaching for tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools,improve the teaching model to meet the individual development needs of tourism students in secondary vocational schools,better match the development needs under the new tourism formats,and promote the high-quality development of tourism vocational education talents.This paper tries to apply the Ub D model to the teaching of Tour Guide Practice in secondary vocational schools.In accordance with the teaching design idea of "starting with the end" and "evaluating first",the teaching activities are designed based on the learning results,so as to break the fixed thinking mode of traditional teaching design,pay attention to the individualized development needs of students,and make full preparation for the future career.Help students acquire the ability to transfer knowledge so that they can deal with problems quickly when they encounter them.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory,situational learning theory,cognitivism learning theory and Ub D model,this paper adopts the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and experimental research,and adopts the form of questionnaire survey for tourism service students in three secondary vocational schools in Nanning and interviews with teachers.After analyzing the appropriateness of the application of Ub D mode in the course "Tour Guide Practice" in secondary vocational schools,the content of the course module 4 of "Tour Guide Practice" is selected as the teaching experiment case,and the teaching design is carried out based on the Ub D mode,so as to provide a certain reference for the teaching design of secondary vocational teachers under the course "Tour Guide Practice".The experimental research method is used to make a comparative analysis of the teaching effect,and the teaching effect under the model is reflected in combination with the student self-rating scale,and the two aspects of teacher and student reflection.The research shows that,based on the teaching of Tour Guide Practice in secondary vocational schools under the teaching design of Ub D mode,students can clearly define the teaching objectives at the beginning of the course,master knowledge in the learning process can improve students’ classroom participation and learning interest,students are more willing to take the initiative to think,and finally realize the understanding of knowledge,acquire the ability of knowledge transfer,improve the core quality of secondary vocational tourism students.According to the students’ performance in the periodic test,the students’ performance has been improved,and they can apply the knowledge to the future practice of tour guide service.Ub D teaching design model is different from the traditional indoctrination teaching model.Developing students’ core qualities brings students different teaching experience.The experimental results show that in the teaching of Tour Guide Practice in secondary vocational schools,the application of Ub D mode of teaching design can achieve the preset goals,improve the teaching initiative of teachers and students’ comprehensive quality,pay attention to the application of practice and skills to enable students to better grasp the knowledge and realize the understanding and transfer of knowledge.
