| Secondary vocational education is an important component of China’s vocational education system.With the reform of vocational education on law,vocational education is increasingly receiving attention from all walks of life.Since the end of 2019,the outbreak of the epidemic has had a major impact on the tourism industry.To achieve stable development of the tourism industry,the key issue is the cultivation of tourism talents.The main goal of vocational tour guides is to cultivate frontline tour guide practitioners,providing a large number of tour guide talents for various scenic spots and tourism enterprises.In reality,there are many problems in the teaching of tour guides in vocational schools,such as the traditional teaching method,the low enthusiasm of students,and the lack of concentration among students,which seriously affect the quality of teaching.Through reading relevant literature,it is found that situational simulation teaching method has many advantages in improving students’ learning enthusiasm and classroom participation,which is conducive to achieving teaching reform.In the research,it is learned that most vocational school students are in the immature stage of their minds,which is an important stage to cultivate their correct values,outlook on life,and world outlook.In reality,due to the failure of the middle school entrance examination,the lack of understanding of parents and rebellious psychology during adolescence,many secondary vocational students have various ideological problems that urgently require teachers to guide them correctly.Therefore,the integration of the Curriculum Ideology and Politics elements of the " tour guide business " course in situational simulation teaching is not only conducive to the cultivation of students ’ tour guide business skills,but also to the realization of students ’ moral education.This paper investigates and studies the students in the research class and the teachers of the " tour guide business " course by means of questionnaire survey,interview and observation.Based on this,situational simulation teaching design and implementation are carried out.The implementation effect of situational simulation teaching design was investigated through questionnaires and interviews.It is concluded that situational simulation teaching has significant effects in improving students ’ learning enthusiasm and cultivating students ’ comprehensive ability.In view of the shortcomings in the implementation of situational simulation teaching,this paper proposes three improvement strategies:integrating situational simulation teaching method with Case method,applying situational simulation teaching to key practical knowledge and improving practical training equipment to improve teachers’ theoretical and practical literacy. |
