Secondary vocational education is an important position for training talents at the front line of production,service and technical management,and shoulders the important function of training high-quality skilled talents for national economic and social development.In the new era,the scale of vocational education in China has developed unprecedentedly,the level of schooling has been continuously improved,and the development trend continues to be positive.At the same time,there are inevitably some urgent problems that need to be solved,the most prominent of which is the quality of talent training.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the reform of education and teaching in secondary colleges and universities,innovate education and teaching methods,and comprehensively improve the quality of training talents in secondary schools.In the 1980 s,Action-Oriented Instruction emerged in Germany,and then the curriculum teaching reform of replacing traditional "indoctrination" teaching with action-oriented teaching was rapidly launched worldwide.In the early 21 st century,action-oriented teaching was introduced in China and widely promoted in vocational institutions.The action-oriented teaching method takes "action-oriented driving" as the main form,emphasizes student-centered teaching process,takes vocational action ability as the goal,takes vocational situation as the premise,takes learning situation action process as the way,allows students to learn by doing,learn by doing Through the learning mode of "learning by doing,learning by doing",students can acquire professional knowledge,master professional job skills and build their own experience and knowledge system.Action-oriented teaching emphasizes the education of students’ professional skills while highlighting the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability and vocational ability,so that the educated can continuously stimulate their personal potential,enhance their self-development ability and adapt to the ever-changing modern society,which is also the important goal of the cultivation of talents in current secondary education.In this sense,the action-oriented teaching concept has a strong adaptability and match with the cultivation of talents in secondary education.Based on cognitivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory,constructivist learning theory and multiple intelligence theory,action-oriented teaching method allows learners to gain learning opportunities and promote the development of specialized ability in the process of personal action.At the beginning of the study,the author chose two classes of tourism service and management in a secondary school in Nanchang as the subjects of investigation,and designed a questionnaire to conduct a detailed investigation on the current teaching status of the course "Simulated Tour Guide".The investigation results show that there are many things to be improved in the teaching of "Simulated Tour Guide" course in the traditional teaching mode,and the action-oriented teaching method can improve the traditional classroom teaching problems,which shows that it is necessary and feasible to use action-oriented teaching method to innovate the teaching mode of "Simulated Tour Guide" course.Then,based on the systematic design of teaching environment,teaching method,teaching process and evaluation of action-oriented teaching method,the experimental research method is used to carry out practical application following the specific steps of program design,teaching implementation,effect analysis and teaching reflection,so as to summarize the advantages,shortcomings and improvement measures of using action-oriented teaching method to carry out the teaching of "Simulated Tour Guide" course.Based on this,the research summary and outlook are presented from the perspective of teaching reform of middle-level education.The experimental results show that the application of action-oriented teaching method to the teaching of the middle-level "Simulated Tour Guide" course can stimulate students’ learning interest,active classroom teaching atmosphere,improve classroom teaching efficiency,enhance classroom teaching effect,effectively improve students’ learning performance and comprehensive ability,and at the same time promote the development of students’ practice level and teachers’ professional ability,so in the middle-level tourism professional "Simulated Tour Guide" course and other practical Therefore,it has high promotion and application value in the teaching of "Simulated Tour Guide" course of secondary tourism majors and other courses with strong application.
