| When the young are strong,the country is strong.Adolescent health has always been a concern.With the promulgations of relevant policy documents,enhancing adolescent health has become an urgent practical task.The importance of family,school and community interaction has also been highlighted."Double reduction" is an important measure to reduce students’ academic burden in and out of class and promote students’ physical and mental health development.The introduction and smooth implementation of the double reduction policy cannot be separated from the full cooperation of families,schools and communities,and the construction of the home-school-community integrated education mechanism has become an increasingly important direction of reform.In order to further promote the development of youth extracurricular sports activities under the background of "double reduction" policy,how to effectively operate the integration of home,school and community to ensure the implementation of extracurricular sports activities?Based on this,this paper selects 8 junior middle schools in Xuanwu District of Nanjing as investigation objects,taking the current situation and optimization path of school community integration development of junior high school extracurricular sports activists under the background of "double reduction" policy.First of all,the literature method is used to integrate the research on the "double reduction" policy,extracurricular sports activities in junior high school and the integration of home,school and community.Secondly,through the interview survey of the survey object,to understand the development status of junior high school extracurricular sports activists school-community integration,explore the problems and difficulties in the process of junior high school extracurricular sports activists school-community integration;Finally,the collected materials and data are sorted out and analyzed,and corresponding solutions and implementation paths are proposed under the background of the "double reduction" policy,so that students can benefit physically and psychologically from extracurricular sports activities through the study of the integration of home,school and community,and promote them to develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the integration of extracurricular sports activists in junior middle schools in Xuanwu District,Nanjing.The main problems are: the concept of relevant subject lags behind;Lack of sharing of sports resources;Loose links between schools and parents and communities;Parents s pay less attention to youth sports activities,lack of sports knowledge and awareness;Lack of effective organization and management mechanism;The resources of extracurricular sports activities are limited,the participation of teachers and students is not high,and the lack of effective organization and management;Lack of resources such as community sports facilities and instructors,and lack of effective cooperation and communication between communities,schools and families.The way to achieve: to strengthen the family’s attention and support to youth sports activities,improve parents’ sports knowledge and awareness,encourage parents to actively participate in youth sports activities;The school should increase the resource input of extracurricular sports activities,improve the participation of teachers and students,strengthen the organization and management,establish a good extracurricular sports activities system and norms;The district should strengthen the construction of sports facilities and sports instructor team,promote the cooperation and communication among communities,schools and families,and establish the "home-school-community" integrated working mechanism of extracurricular sports activities in junior middle school.The government should increase the support and investment for junior high school extracurricular sports activities,formulate relevant policies and measures,and provide strong guarantee and support for the integrated development of "homeschool-community" extracurricular sports activities in junior high school. |
