| In recent years,the burden of school work and the burden of training outside of school has become a serious problem for society as a whole.The burden on children’s overall healthy growth and parents’ financial and mental stress have increased dramatically,exacerbating family conflicts,highlighting social tensions and threatening educational equity.After-school sports services,as the main grasp of the national implementation of the "double reduction" policy,play an important role in reducing the burden of students in schools and in the after-school services in schools.In order to promote the effective implementation of "double reduction" and the prosperous development of sports,the research object is to study the development of after-school sports services in primary schools in Hulunbuir Z city under the background of "double reduction",using literature method,semi-structured interview method,software analysis method and qualitative research,etc.The research method was used to investigate and analyse the current situation of after-school sports services for some students,parents,teachers and schools in Hulunbuir City Z Primary School.Research conclusion:(1)In terms of the time and content of after-school services,the time planning of after-school physical education services in primary schools in Z is not reasonable and the resources of physical education services are weak.(2)In terms of teachers and venues,there is an imbalance in the ratio of teachers to after-school PE services in primary schools in Z.The supply of venues for after-school PE services is insufficient.(3)In the process of implementation,there are weak safety guarantees for after-school PE services;parents have cognitive biases;the overall knowledge of after-school PE teachers needs to be strengthened;and the degree of information disclosure of after-school PE services is low.Reasonable suggestions are made in response to the findings. |
