The Ministry of Education proposed "double increase",that is,to increase the time and opportunities for students to participate in outdoor activities,physical exercises,artistic activities,and labor activities,and to increase the time and opportunities for students to receive after-school training in sports and aesthetic education.In practice,"double increase" is mainly achieved through after-school services and standardized after-school training.In this paper,the coaches,teachers,parents and students were investigated by the methods of literature,semi-structured interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.By investigating the "double increase" of physical education of students in grades 4-6 under the background of "double decrease",this paper analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward optimization strategies to provide reference basis for promoting the development of "double increase".Conclusion: 1.Under the background of "double reduction",the Ministry of Education timely promotes "double increase",both of which are aimed at reducing students’ academic burden and promoting students’ all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.School education is the "main position" of student education,and the development of after-school services is particularly important;Off-school training is an important way to promote the comprehensive development of students under the policy,and can make up for the deficiencies in the current after-school service development process of schools.2.Although the promotion of after-school services has alleviated the problem of primary school students’ academic burden,and to some extent alleviated the difficulties of picking up and seeing off primary school students after school,the value of after-school services has not been fully reflected.3.Some problems were still found during the investigation of after-school services in schools.4.The implementation of "double increase" under the background of "double decrease" policy has gradually standardized off-campus training,and off-campus sports training has become a hot topic of off-campus training.Suggestions: 1.In the implementation process of "double increase" under the background of "double decrease",the school should establish a perfect management mechanism and clearly divide the responsibilities of after-school services.2.Establish a family-school cooperation platform,enrich after-school services,and establish school-family interaction.3.Innovate the cooperative development model of afterschool sports training and school after-school services,on the one hand,provide stable teaching resources for after-school sports training institutions,on the other hand,alleviate the problem of lack of school teachers’ resources and lack of venue resources.4.Strengthen the role of the main position of the school,actively carry out afterschool service,improve the after-school service curriculum of physical education,and meet the needs of students’ all-round development.Carry out extracurricular expansion activities to enhance students’ practical and innovative abilities,broaden their horizons and improve their comprehensive quality. |
