Reflections On The Cvaluation Of Social Work Service Projects

By evaluating social work service projects,it can not only supervise and guide the operation of the program,improve the professional ability of social workers,improve the quality of social work services,but also promote the development of the social work profession.However,due to the slow development of the evaluation of social work services in China,the evaluation system needs to be continuously improved.This study takes A social work station in Guang Zhou as the research object,and mainly discusses the limitations of the evaluation system of social work stations.How to improve the evaluation of social work service programs? It is found that the evaluation work of social work stations has too many administrative evaluation indicators,insufficient evaluation space for professional services,insufficient consideration of the service effectiveness evaluation of individual indicators,failure to reflect the actual service advantages and disadvantages,mainly post-event evaluation,lack of dynamic monitoring and feedback mechanism,"case-solving" evaluation,insufficient attention to the causes of results,and insufficient application of evaluation results.Therefore,the CIPP evaluation mode is used to supplement and optimize the evaluation system of the social work station,and through the evaluation of the social work station in four aspects: background,input,process and effectiveness,it analyzes whether the objectives of the social work station project meet the real needs of the service recipients,whether the service development solves the difficulties of the service recipients,what problems are encountered in the process of project development and what results the project has achieved,which can provide suggestions for the continuous development of the project and improve the quality and effectiveness of the project services.It also provides reference for the improvement of the evaluation system of Guangzhou social work service stations.It is found that the application of the CIPP evaluation model to the evaluation of social work stations can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system of social work stations.The CIPP evaluation model can confirm the rationality of the project design,find problems in time and make improvements through timely feedback during the evaluation process,effectively apply the evaluation results,and attach importance to the quality and improvement of professional services,and promote the accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation results through systematic and comprehensive evaluation.By reflecting on the application of CIPP evaluation model in social service evaluation,suggestions are put forward to apply the CIPP evaluation model to social work service projects in the future.Through the reflection on the evaluation of social work service projects,it is believed that to improve the social work evaluation mechanism,the feedback evaluation mechanism should be improved,the evaluation should pay attention to the professional development of social work,and the review evaluation should be transformed into an empowerment assessment.
