Research On The Application Of CIPP Model In The Evaluation Of Social Work Projects

With the advancement of the modernization of national governance capabilities,the government’s ability to buy social work services has become a form of government public management services.Due to the influence of many factors,the current domestic social work evaluation work is immature,most of which are only supervising or quantitative assessment of social work service projects.There are problems such as the tendency to focus on management,the results and the process,the heavyweight,and the equality negotiation..In view of this,in this article,the author tries to study the evaluation model of social work project evaluation.According to the current domestic evaluation problems,introducing foreign CIPP evaluation models into the field of social work can make up for the shortcomings of domestic evaluation.This paper uses the CIPP evaluation model to conduct a comprehensive and systematic evaluation of the service projects of Y social work organization,and uses the four evaluation methods of the CIPP model to evaluate the implementation process of the entire project,and analyze whether the social work service really solves the problem of the service object and satisfies it.Demand,this is the effect of project implementation from the perspective of structural evaluation.In addition to the evaluation of the project results,the CIPP evaluation model will evaluate the project implementation plan,project objectives,and problems or obstacles in the process of project implementation,with a view to putting forward constructive opinions for the continued progress of the project and improving project services.Based on the results of the evaluation of the "Happy Sailing" project evaluation problems,this paper leads to the application of CIPP assessment to the "Happy Sailing" project.This article first introduces the CIPP evaluation model used in the article,and then reviews the evaluation status of the "Happy Sailing" project based on the result evaluation model,The evaluation results and problems in the evaluation were elaborated,and then based on the limitations of the evaluation results,the evaluation criteria,construction principles and construction advantages of the CIPP evaluation were constructed,and finally the model of the actual evaluation project of the CIPP evaluation was applied.At the end of the article,the author reflects on and summarizes the article,,thinking about how to apply the CIPP evaluation model to the local social work field,and develop a local social work evaluation model.
