Research On The Professional Construction Of Street Social Work Stations From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

As the focus of social governance shifts downwards,the role of the social work profession has come to the fore and has become a major force in promoting social governance.The Party and the government have also deepened their understanding of social work and are paying more and more attention to its role in social development.The promotion and construction of township(street)social work stations nationwide is a local practice of social work development in China,and is a feasible way for the state to promote the participation of social work professionals in grassroots social governance and to open up the last metre of services for the people.However,the construction of social work stations in townships(streets)is still in the developmental stage of exploration,and the construction of various aspects is still imperfect,so it is of practical value to conduct a study on the professional construction of social work stations.This paper takes the G street social work station in P district as a case study,based on qualitative research,and uses non-participant observation and interview methods to collect data to understand the current situation of the construction of the G street social work station,the difficulties encountered in the process of professionalisation and its causes,and to analyse how to promote the professionalisation of the street social work station.The study found that policy design,social work service system,external awareness,supervision system and the quantity and quality of professionals are all influential factors in the professionalisation of street social work stations.The professionalization of street social work stations should include improving the external support system of street social work stations,improving the construction of the social work service system,growing the local social work team and improving the quality of talent training.As a unique product of China,the social work station is a professional practice exploration made by China professional social work in the process of development,and a powerful exploration of the localization of social work in China.The professionalization of street social work stations is a systematic project and a relatively large subject.At all stages of its development,it should be adapted to the local conditions and development needs of the street district,combined with the actual professional development,and should learn from advanced experiences,summarize and refine local models and development paths in the long-term development,so as to promote the professionalization of street social work stations in innovation and continuous development.
