Study On Double Supervision Mode Of Social Worker Station In Township (Street) Of Guangxi

Social work supervision is an important part of the professional development of social work,is the foundation of the development of social work specialization and professionalism,and plays a key role in the development of social work.The development of social work supervision can improve the professional service ability of social workers,protect the quality of social work professional service and the rights and interests of the service objects,and promote the development of the whole social work industry.With the development of social work,social work supervision is increasingly concerned in policy level and practice level.As a new attempt of social work service,township(street)social work station plays the dual role of civil affairs protection service and social governance.At present,the development of township(subdistrict)social work stations in Guangxi is still in the exploratory stage.Providing supervision of social work for township(subdistrict)social work stations is not only necessary to improve the professional service capacity of social work stations,but also an inevitable choice to promote the construction and development of social work stations.The emergence of the double supervision mode of township(street)social work stations in Guangxi is closely related to the development of social work organizations and the status quo of social work in Guangxi.At present,there are few researches on the supervision mode of social work stations.In this context,this study attempts to study the dual supervision mode of social work stations in townships(subdistricts)in Guangxi,in order to further improve the supervision service of township(subdistrict)social work stations and promote the more standardized and professional operation of social work station projects.By combing domestic and foreign data on the roles,functions and models of social work supervision,the development of domestic social work supervision,the development of internal and external supervision,and the research on the model of social work station supervision,this study collected research data through participatory observation and in-depth interview.First line social workers,project directors,internal and external supervisors and other relevant parties in township(street)social work stations operated by Nanning City,Hechi City and Wuzhou City are interviewed,and the roles and responsibilities of internal and external supervisors,interaction and communication between supervisors,supervision effectiveness and supervision problems are analyzed.The research mainly consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which Outlines the research background,research questions and research significance.At the same time,the literature is reviewed,and the role,function,mode and localization research results of social work supervision are reviewed.The second part studies the development and operation of the dual supervision mode in social work stations,defines related concepts,and studies the achievements of the dual supervision mode.The third part is the analysis of difficulties and causes,which studies the problems encountered in the operation of the dual supervision mode and analyzes the causes of these problems.The fourth part puts forward suggestions for the existence of internal and external supervision mode.Finally,the conclusion of this study is drawn that the effect of the double supervision mode in the construction and operation of social work stations in Guangxi township(street)is of great significance to the development of social work stations,the development of social work industry and the construction of the talent team of social work supervision in Guangxi.At the same time,there are also many problems in the process of operation,such as the lack of supervision role and supervision ability.These problems are the result of the multi-level effects of policies,industries,institutions and individuals.Therefore,in the fourth part,to solve these problems,it is also necessary to explore solutions from multiple dimensions of policy,industry and institution.It is found that although there are many domestic papers on internal supervision and external supervision related research,but mainly stay in the description level,no model has been formed,and the scope of application has certain limitations.The dual supervision mode of internal supervision and external supervision mentioned in this paper is universal.At the same time,the research also shows that the mode of social work supervision is not invariable,but is combined with the level of social work development and social work practice.
