Role Analysis Of Social Workers In Street Social Work Stations From The Perspective Of Social Role Theor

At present,with the continuous development of society,our country is in a critical period for the continuous promotion of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.From the phenomenon of "big government and small society",it has gradually developed into "small government and big society".It is more important to mobilize and exert social forces and advocate mass strategy,common governance and sharing.To enhance the capacity and level of governance at the community level.As an important hub for the connection and integration of government departments,social organizations and institutions,communities and other resources,the community social work station must undertake the important task of improving the capacity and level of social grass-roots governance.With the overall promotion and operation of the preparation,management and service of the community social work station,it has gradually become an important starting point to improve the capacity of social grass-roots governance and improve the model system of social grass-roots governance.Social workers in the community social work station,as the main force to promote the operation of the community social work station,as the forerunner to improve the professional level of social governance,are bound to play an extraordinary role in participating in social grass-roots governance.The degree of role playing directly affects the overall effect of the ability and level of social grass-roots governance.This study mainly starts from the perspective of social role theory,takes S social work station as an example,conducts in-depth research on the social work practice of S social work station,mainly combines research methods such as field research and statistical survey,and collects data through specific methods such as questionnaire survey,participatory observation and in-depth interview,so as to explore and dig out the practical work of social workers in street social work station.The role expectations from various parties,the general and special role sets played,the status quo and causes of role dissonance,and how to adjust and obtain the role.The significance of this study can be divided into two levels.On the theoretical level,it also provides important theoretical basis for the research on the role of social workers in the street social work station.On the practical level,it can not only identify the role positioning for social workers in the street social work station and explore the role advantages,but also effectively promote the smooth operation of the street social work station.We should coordinate the relationship between government departments,social organizations and communities,crack new problems in grass-roots governance,improve the capacity and level of grass-roots governance,and give full play to the professional role and value of social workers in street social work stations.
