Research On The Case Management Service Model Of Street Social Work Station

Street social work stations are platforms for coordinating social services at the grassroots level,playing an active role in serving community residents,strengthening grassroots social governance innovation,and promoting harmonious social construction.With the help of social work stations as a platform for systemic services and resources,we can provide effective interventions to meet the universal and individualized needs of the caseworkers,discover their own strengths,explore their own potential,and integrate multiple resources in order to provide practical services and help the caseworkers get rid of their difficulties and achieve the expected results.Based on the above,this study mainly uses the social system theory and social support theory to collect data through field research method,case study method and action research method based on C street social work station in L city.The case management service emphasizes the intervention of multiple professional resources in the process of practice,and provides comprehensive and multi-level services for the clients in a cooperative manner,using the social work station as a service platform to link social resources.In this study,a client who faces multiple difficulties and is willing to accept social work professional services is selected as the subject of this paper based on the actual situation,because the client’s living environment,interpersonal interaction and education level lead to multiple difficulties,simple case work can no longer meet the multiple difficulties of the client,Based on the multidimensional needs of the clients,we can achieve the goal of helping the clients to get rid of their difficulties through direct services,linking with social resources and other service methods.Through the research,this paper draws the following conclusions: firstly,with the rapid development of economic and social changes,the problems faced by socially disadvantaged groups are increasingly diversified,and it is very necessary and beneficial to use case management services to intervene in the multiple difficulties of the clients,which helps to integrate and use multiple resources to meet the diversified needs of the clients,and is conducive to the docking of social work professional services and various social service resources,so as to enhance the professional service capacity Secondly,as a comprehensive and coordinated service platform for people’s livelihood,the street social work station plays the service function of integrating professional services and resource integration to promote the continuous innovation of grassroots social work model.Finally,compared with other social work service models,the case management service model has great advantages and characteristics in integrating high-quality resources and professional team services,and it is a continuation and expansion of the current service model.The shortcomings of this study are mainly due to the uneven professional quality of social workers,as well as the lack of social service resources and insufficient resource links,which affect the optimal achievement of service goals.
