| Teaching and research activities are an important way for teachers to improve the quality of teaching,cultivate teaching ability,since the implementation of "double reduction",all walks of life for the quality of school education put forward higher requirements,the fundamental focus of "double reduction" is to strengthen the main position role of school education,"double reduction" ultimately depends on the implementation of teachers in the classroom,which requires teachers to change their concepts,devote more energy to improve professional ability,so as to provide intellectual support for moral cultivation.In view of this,promoting the quality and efficiency of primary school teachers’ teaching and research activities under the background of "double reduction" has become one of the hot topics of concern of many researchers and practitioners.Based on the theory of recent development area and participatory development theory,this study comprehensively uses literature research method,questionnaire method and interview method to conduct in-depth research on 432 randomly selected primary school teachers.In terms of questionnaire data analysis,multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance were used to explore the relationship between teachers’ personal characteristics and teaching and research activities,and the interview method was further used to conduct online interviews with 8 primary school teachers,so as to deepen the research.Through the analysis and collation of the survey data,this study sorts out and analyzes the current situation of primary school teachers’ teaching and research activities under the background of "double reduction" from five aspects: teaching and research concept transformation,teaching and research effectiveness,teaching and research management,teacher teaching and research needs,and teacher investment,and on this basis,the following five problems are found: First,the transformation of teaching and research concepts needs to be improved;Second,the effectiveness of teaching and research needs to be improved;Third,the planning of teaching and research activities lacks systematic;Fourth,teachers’ participation in teaching and research activities is utilitarian;Fifth,teachers have insufficient investment.In view of the problems and causes,five strategies are proposed to improve the quality of primary school teachers’ teaching and research activities: first,effectively transform the teaching and research concept and activate the new engine of teaching and research;The second is to optimize teaching and research achievements under the background of "double reduction" and stimulate the vitality of teaching and research;The third is to do a good job in the overall planning of teaching and research and improve the quality of teaching and research;The fourth is to guide the professionalization of teachers’ needs and improve their teaching and research capabilities;Fifth,increase teachers’ investment and broaden the road of teachers’ teaching and research. |
