| After-school service is an after-school education based on the practical needs of parents and students,with the fundamental purpose of promoting students’ all-round and healthy growth,the fundamental principle of giving play to students autonomy and subjectivity,and the emphasis on cultivating students’ interests,hobbies and individual talents.In recent years,with the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,Z City of Henan Province has achieved full coverage of after-school services.However,how is the effect of these after-school services? Have you solved the problem of picking up parents? What difficulties do schools have in implementing it? Do after-school services meet the requirements of the government? These are questions to be explored.In this study,the literature research method was first used to define the relevant concepts of after-school service and elaborate the relevant theories of after-school service.Three primary schools in Z City were selected as the research objects,and questionnaire survey,interview and observation methods were comprehensively used to conduct the investigation and observation research.Through statistical analysis of the research results,It reveals that there are cognitive biases among the relevant subjects in the after-school services of the three schools,their implementation process does not meet the policy requirements,and the resources inside and outside the school.On the basis of analyzing the subjective and objective reasons of the problem,the author explores and puts forward the strategies to optimize the after-school service work in primary schools:first,the government makes a system to promote the after-school service work;Second,school reform and innovation,effective implementation of after-school services,Third,parents should change their understanding and fully support after-school services.Finally,using the case analysis method,an after-school service model constructed according to the strategy is applied to a school to test the effectiveness of the strategy. |
