| A hundred years plan,education based.Teachers are the foundation of education.In 2021,the Party and the state made the strategic decision of "double reduction" in order to educate people for the Party and the country.As the direct executor of the "double reduction" policy,teachers are related to the success of the policy implementation.With the promotion of the "double reduction" policy,it is necessary to summarize and analyze the cognition degree of primary and secondary school teachers towards the "double reduction" policy,the implementation and implementation effect of the policy,and the existing perplexities and demands,so as to further understand the difficulties and problems of teachers in the implementation of the policy and propose more feasible optimization countermeasures.In order to promote the effect of "double reduction" policy,improve the quality of education development.This study closely follows the practical needs,closely combines the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and current affairs policies of the Ministry of Education.Based on the specific banner county,this study takes the current situation of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy for primary and secondary school teachers at the county level as the research object.It has the innovation and significance of advancing with The Times,and the suggestions put forward have certain reference value for the implementation of local school policies and other counties.First of all,this study collected,combed and summarized the existing literature on the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and the management of primary and secondary school teachers.Then,through questionnaire survey and interview survey,284 questionnaires of teachers,280 questionnaires of students and 129 questionnaires of parents were sent to 4primary and middle schools in Z Banner,and all of them were recovered.In-depth interviews were conducted with 13 primary and secondary school teachers,8 school administrators and 10 parents to comprehensively grasp the implementation of the "double reduction" policy for teachers in the region.Through the survey,it is found that the primary and secondary school teachers in this region have a high degree of recognition of the "double reduction" policy,and take multiple measures to actively promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.However,the implementation of policies by primary and secondary school teachers in this region needs to be further strengthened,the quality of homework design and after-school service level of teachers needs to be further improved,and the teaching ability of teachers needs to be further strengthened.Through analysis,it is found that there are short-sighted,utilitarian education atmosphere,deviation of teachers’ management,lack of teachers’ professional ability and other reasons,which affect the effective implementation of the "double reduction" policy for teachers.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward several suggestions from the perspective of education management: to build the environmental foundation for the implementation of the "double reduction" policy of teachers,improve the ability level of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy of teachers,stimulate the vitality of the implementation of the "double reduction" policy of teachers,trying to effectively motivate teachers to invest in the reform,and promote teachers to devote themselves to the education of the party and the country. |
