| "Double reduction" is a key step to focus on the major needs of the current national development of basic education,a major decision related to the reform and development of basic education, and an important decision made by the CPC Central Committee. It requires that teachers be better understood and treated from the strategic height of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Teachers are given higher responsibilities and challenges in this "double reduction".If teachers work in this environment for a long time, they will fall into a war of fatigue,Work enthusiasm is exhausted, resulting in job burnout.Long term job burnout will make teachers anxious, emotional instability, passive and perfunctory;Reducing work interest and work enthusiasm will lead to the quality of school education and teaching, which is ultimately not conducive to the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.Primary school teachers are the backbone of basic education.Focusing on the physical and mental health and living conditions of primary school teachers in the context of "double reduction",in-depth understanding of teachers’ job burnout and influencing factors will help alleviate teachers’ job burnout,We will promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy and build a sound and healthy education system at the compulsory education stage. Therefore, based on the theory of resource conservation, ecological theory and the theory of hierarchy of needs, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 140 primary school teachers in Y city using the Teachers’ Job Burnout Scale and the self-designed "Double Reduction" background of the influencing factors of primary school teachers’ job burnout,to understand the current situation and influencing factors of primary school teachers’ job burnout under the "Double Reduction" background, and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the influencing factors. The research conclusions are as follows:from the perspective of the current situation of job burnout, the primary school teachers in general have mild job burnout under the background of "double reduction".Among them, from the perspective of individual pressure and interpersonal relationship, the primary school teachers have mild jobs under the background of "double reduction".From the perspective of self-evaluation,the primary school teachers have moderate job burnout under the background of"double reduction".The job burnout of primary school teachers is in gender There is no significant difference in average monthly income.Primary school teachers’ job burnout has significant differences in marital status, whether they are head teachers, school location, age, years of work, and teaching period.Overall, job burnout is not serious. From the perspective of influencing factors, students’characteristics, professional development, professional attitude, workload, school management, social expectations, and social support are important factors that affect teachers’job burnout.Based on this, the author puts forward strategies to alleviate primary school teachers’ job burnout in the context of "double reduction" respectively from the teacher level, school level, and social level:teachers should strengthen their ideals and beliefs, actively adapt to the "double reduction" policy, and seek professional development,Establish the concept of lifelong learning, recognize job burnout correctly, learn to self regulate emotions, balance family and work, and maintain the coordination between the two.At the school level, teachers’ responsibilities should be clarified, work burden should be reduced, management system should be reformed, democratic working atmosphere should be created, scientific evaluation system should be established, enthusiasm for work should be stimulated, teachers’ training should be done well, and professional development should be promoted. At the social level,we should establish reasonable expectations for teachers, create an atmosphere of respect for teachers, establish a social support system, improve teachers’ salaries and social status, and alleviate the "double reduction" of primary school teachers in the context of a systematic project, which requires the joint efforts of teachers, schools and society. |
