Practical Research On The "Five-community Linkage" To Assist The Smart Elderly Care Services In H Village

Since 2012,the Chinese government has officially proposed the development of the ’ Smart Elderly Care ’ service industry for more than 10 years.A total of 370 demonstration sites and 170 demonstration enterprises have been built,and 56 categories of smart health care products and services promotion catalogue(product category)and 59 categories of smart health care products and services promotion catalogue(service category)have been established.Smart elderly care service has achieved remarkable results in urban communities in China.The elderly care life is constantly enriched,and the quality of life in their later years is reliably guaranteed.The construction of intelligent old-age care services has been vigorously promoted in urban communities.In contrast,the construction of old-age care services in rural areas,which account for more than half of the number of elderly people,is much slower.There are huge differences between urban and rural old-age care services.Under the background of rural revitalization and active response to aging,actively promoting the construction of rural old-age care services has become an inevitable topic.This study is guided by the ’ five-community linkage ’ model,through the linkage with the village leaders to visit the retired party members in the village,the linkage with the party members and volunteers to visit the special masses,progressive development,fully tap the rural human resources,form the local volunteer service force and the initial professional ability of the community social organization service group;through the convening of village committees,volunteers and social workers council,volunteers,residents and social workers joint seminars and other forms,to explore and fully tap the rural idle available material resources,the formation of a certain material support for the protection of the foundation;fully mobilize the ability and enthusiasm of each participant,cultivate the awareness of linkage and mutual assistance,and form a situation of universal service for the elderly;by using the ’five-community linkage’ model reserve resources to promote the construction of smart pension services,fully combining the advantages of the smart pension model,holding the overall principle of resource intensive,carrying out the construction of rural smart pension services,realizing the combination of local characteristic services and smart pension service platforms,in order to build a reliable pension service system for the elderly in H village,so that the elderly can enjoy the service comprehensively and conveniently,and can enjoy their old age.
