The trend of population aging is becoming increasingly severe,Elderly care is a concern for every family "Family affairs.Affected by the accelerating process of population aging,China’s family structure has undergone fundamental changes. The family size continues to be smaller, and the traditional family care function continues to weaken. In addition to the improvement of today’s material living standards, the life expectancy of the average person has been extended, and the needs of the elderly in daily care, medical assistance and spiritual care are growing. At present,China has three existing ways of providing for the elderly: Home care, community care, and institutional care.Family elderly care is a service provided by the elderly’s children for their daily lives. However, with the continuous weakening of family elderly care functions, the transformation of elderly care methods from family to society has become inevitable.Institutional elderly care refers to the centralized delivery of elderly people to elderly care institutions to provide unified services, but this approach has problems such as limited coverage, high institutional costs, and elderly people being constrained by traditional elderly care concepts and refusing to go to elderly care institutions. In this context, the smart elderly care model has become a breakthrough in solving the problem of elderly care. This article mainly investigates the basic situation of elderly people and the current status of smart elderly care services in F community of Weifang city through interview and questionnaire survey methods,in order to explore the problems that arise during the implementation of smart elderly care services in F community.Through field research, the main problems with smart elderly care services in F community currently include: insufficient awareness of smart elderly care among the elderly, and their understanding of elderly care issues still remains at the traditional level of elderly care; The insufficient learning and acceptance abilities of elderly people towards smart devices have led to a silver digital divide between the elderly population and smart devices.Social workers intervene through social work to solve the problems that arise in smart elderly care services. As a relatively short development time and fast starting elderly care model, there are still many problems in the actual promotion and development process. The elderly are influenced by traditional elderly care concepts and the silver digital divide, and have a resistance mentality towards smart elderly care. The professional methods and practical experience of social work can be applied to smart elderly care services, which can enhance the participation and awareness of the elderly towards smart elderly care, eliminate their technical panic, and enable them to voluntarily and proactively accept smart elderly care services, meeting their yearning for a happy elderly life. The author uses group activities to change the traditional elderly care concepts of the elderly, enhance their understanding of smart elderly care services, encourage them to participate in smart elderly care services, actively accept smart elderly care services, and reduce the pressure of social elderly care;Under the guidance of empowerment theory, provide training on intelligent devices for elderly people in F community, stimulate their potential, eliminate the silver digital divide, and achieve empowerment.Solve the problems in the process of smart elderly care services, promote the implementation of smart elderly care services in F community, and provide relevant practical experience for social work to intervene in smart elderly care services to a certain extent, providing a feasible and reference path for social work to intervene in the field of smart elderly care services. |
