| Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education,improving the quality of vocational education,and deepening the integration of industry and education,curriculum teaching reform in secondary vocational schools is imperative.Currently,there are some problems in the course of "Guide Interpretation" in secondary vocational schools,such as Single teaching method,the cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities is insufficient,and the integration of production and teaching is not thorough enough.To some extent,vocational skills competitions represent the latest trends in industry development and talent needs,and have the role of demonstration teaching.Integrating skills competitions with curriculum teaching has always been a key topic of concern for vocational education researchers.Therefore,this study carries out the teaching design of the course "Tour Guide Interpretation" from the perspective of "promoting learning through competition",transforming the tour guide service skills competition into teaching activities,achieving a close combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,allowing students to learn by doing,doing by learning,and improving teaching effectiveness.Firstly,based on a comprehensive and systematic literature review,this study analyzes the appropriateness and necessity of combining tour guide service skills competition with the "Tour Guide Interpretation" course;Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews,the current teaching situation of this course is analyzed to determine the issues that should be addressed and optimized in the course teaching design from the perspective of "promoting learning through competition";Finally,by analyzing the events,requirements,and scoring standards of the skills competition project,the path of "promoting learning through competition" is explored,and the overall teaching design and practice of the course "Tour Guide Interpretation" are conducted in combination with the tour guide service skills competition,in order to try to improve the existing problems in the teaching situation,such as the single teaching method and the insufficient cultivation of students’ comprehensive abilities.This study consists of seven parts: The first part describes the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research review,research purpose and content,research methods and ideas.The second part is the core concepts and theoretical basis,mainly analyzing core concepts such as promoting learning through competition and instructional design,and elaborating constructivism,learning by doing,and competency based theories.The third part analyzes the appropriateness and necessity of combining skills competition with curriculum teaching.The fourth part is a survey of the current teaching situation of the course "Guide Interpretation".The fifth part is the overall teaching design of the "Tour Guide Explanation" course.Based on the analysis of the tour guide service skills competition competition,the teaching mode of "Promoting Learning through Competition" is designed,and the overall teaching design of the "Tour Guide Explanation" course is conducted in combination with the teaching design principles.In the sixth part,I choose "Zunyi Conference Site Scenic Spot Explanation" as a teaching case and practice it.After the practice,I will investigate and analyze the teaching effect.The seventh part is a summary of the full text,analyzing the shortcomings and proposing the direction of future efforts.The research results show that introducing the tour guide service skills competition into the teaching of the "Tour Guide Interpretation" course in secondary vocational schools is feasible and effective,reflecting that "promoting learning through competitions" can enhance students’ interest in learning the "Tour Guide Interpretation" course compared to traditional teaching methods,improve students’ classroom participation,and through repeated practice in classroom competitions,can better help students enhance their professional skills,making the future tour guide work more standardized for students Lay a solid foundation for standardization and professionalization.I hope this study can provide a reference for the teaching reform of "Guide Interpretation" in secondary vocational schools. |
