All along,unit teaching is mainly used in general education subjects such as Chinese,mathematics,English,etc.,and few people are interested in the teaching of vocational professional courses,but unit teaching is an important method in education teaching,not only applicable general subjects are also suitable for some professional courses with strong comprehensiveness and clear unit content.The "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan" clearly proposes to continuously promote the innovation of teaching methods;the connection of course content with vocational standards,and the connection between teaching process and production process.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the actual effect of unit teaching in the vocational tourism professional courses.Tour guides are a more professional job,and the requirements of enterprises for tour guides are getting higher and higher.They must have excellent professional skills and strong learning skills and professional qualities.In order to achieve the above objectives,teacher’s teaching is particularly important.Although there are many studies on the teaching design of vocational schools,but most of them are lesson teaching design,the research on unit holistic teaching is still inadequate.Unit teaching plays a guiding and planning role in teaching.Teachers must develop students ’professional abilities according to the characteristics of secondary vocational education and students’ physical and mental development,so that students can transform theoretical knowledge into practical practical skills.The thesis takes the unit of "Guide Skills" as an example,and takes the L secondary vocational school in Kunming as a case,from theory to practice,from macro to micro,to study and expand the teaching design of this unit in detail.In the early stage,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,it was found that teachers had insufficient understanding of unit teaching during the teaching process,unit teaching lacked proper guidance,and teaching design was generally fuzzy.In order to further solve the problem,the unit instruction design is combed theoretically in the mid-term,and the main steps of the unit instruction design are summarized,including analysis of teaching elements,optimization of teaching activities and teaching evaluation.Then form the unit teaching design plan,its maincharacteristics are systemic,holistic and continuity,each component forms an organic whole,which is both independent and closely connected.In the later period,the use of unit instructional design was verified through educational experiments,interviews and questionnaires.Finally,the countermeasures of grasping the unit teaching concept,paying attention to the content of the unit,flexibly selecting teaching methods according to the characteristics of the unit content,incorporating professional qualities into the unit teaching and highlighting the coherence of the unit teaching goals are some of the countermeasures for teachers to design unit teaching Guiding significance.As a meso-level concept,unit teaching is the connection of the teaching content of the next course after the realization of the teaching objectives of the inheriting course.Teaching design from the perspective of unit teaching is helpful for teachers to grasp the teaching content as a whole,and can notice the connection between units and units,chapters and chapters.It can enable teachers to more effectively arrange the teaching content of class hours,improve the quality of teaching,and further develop students’ professional qualities and abilities.
