In recent years,the development of the tourism industry has shifted from high-speed development to high-quality development.As a main force in the training of tourism front-line talents,secondary tourism vocational schools have assumed the major responsibility of cultivating high-quality tourism talents.Therefore,the quality of teaching requirements for schools has also increased.As a compulsory professional course,the course "Guide for Tour Guides" in the tourism service and management major of secondary vocational schools.It is important to improve the teaching mode and improve the teaching level of vocational schools to cultivate excellent tourism graduates.This article applies the "teaching certificate competition"integrated teaching model built on the background of "gold course" production-education integration,"1+X certificate",and vocational skills competition to the guide business course teaching.”The integrated teaching model is the basis of the discussion,and the students of the“ Tour Guide Business ”course teaching and tourism service and management majors in the secondary vocational school are the study objects.The teaching model is applied to the teaching of the“ Tour Guide Business ”in the secondary vocational school.Break through the existing teaching mode,with a view to achieving the purpose of cultivating students’ professional skills and vocational comprehensive quality,and achieving the purpose of cultivating high-quality tourism talents.This article mainly adopts the literature analysis method,the interview method,the questionnaire survey method and the IPA quadrant analysis method.Through the analysis of the current status of the "Guide for Tour Guide" courses in the tourism service and management specialty of 4 secondary vocational schools in Nanning,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,the students’ expectations of the "Guide for Tour Guide" teaching in secondary vocational schools under the "teaching certificate competition" integrated teaching mode are analyzed.Value and actual satisfaction information;students ’overall expectations for the“ teaching certificate competition ”integrated teaching model are high,but overall satisfaction needs to be improved.Based on interviews with teachers and tourism companies,the reasons for the status quo exist.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the integrated teaching model of"Course-Certificate Competition" in teaching,the current status and research methods at home and abroad;the second part is the integrated teaching of "Certificate-Certificate Competition".The theoretical explanation of the model,explaining the theoretical basis of the integrated teaching model of the "Certificate of Posts and Certificates";the third part uses SPSS 21.0 toanalyze the "Tour Guide Business" course of the secondary vocational school with the IPA quadrant " The status quo of the integration of teaching model and course certificate analysis,and analysis of the explaining the theoretical basis of the integrated teaching model of the"Certificate of Posts and Certificates";the third part uses SPSS 21.0 to analyze the questionnaire of student satisfaction-importance reasons,it is concluded that the teaching model needs to be improved in terms of "post" and "match",and the problem is analyzed by interviews with tourism professional teachers and tourism enterprises.The main problems with this teaching mode are that the school still needs to strengthen the degree of attention.Enterprises support and assist in the integration of the "Course Pass Competition" but lack of confidence and students’ autonomous learning,attach importance to extra-curricular apprenticeship assessment and the"promotion of learning by competition" needs to be improved.three aspects.The fourth part of the project is the application and research of the integrated teaching model of the "tour guide business" and "tour guide business" in the secondary vocational school.4Tour guide skills as an example,using the "teaching certificate competition" integrated teaching model for teaching design;finally,put forward the implementation guarantee of the "teaching certificate competition" integrated teaching model,first,strengthen the "double teacher" teacher team construction;Second,improve the teaching conditions of the "teaching certificate competition"integrated teaching mode;third,establish a "credit bank" to enrich the "tour guide business"curriculum evaluation method.The fifth part is the research summary and prospects.It concludes the research and conclusion of the "tour guide business" teaching under the "teaching certificate competition" integrated teaching model,based on the theory of student ability-based,integrated theory;"Scheduling lessons","Fusion of lessons and certificates to determine lessons","Fusion of lessons and matches to determine lessons" and "post certificates,post races,and certificate races" complement each other,reflecting the results of the three parties participating in the course teaching.This teaching mode strives to maximize the comprehensive professional quality of students in the study of "tour guide business",and looks forward to the application of this teaching mode in practical teaching.
