The purpose of the study is to explore the impact of different intensities and training methods on the special physical fitness of Jiangsu female table tennis players,further enrich the theory of special physical fitness training of professional table tennis players and provide theoretical reference and practical basis for improving the special physical fitness training of table tennis.Research methods:This study adopts the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.Select the five evaluation indicators of standing long jump,sitting rotation throwing,side sliding,A-word movement,and 60S double swing rope jump in the special physical fitness test in the "Table Tennis Event Physical Fitness Test Case of the Fourth National Games";The experimental group adopted the combination of lower limb deep squat-belly jump,barbell half squat-vertical jump in place,upper limb horizontal push-medicine ball forward push combination,side pull-medicine ball side throw combination combined training methods,while the control group adopted the traditional resistance training methods of lower limb deep squat,barbell half squat,upper limb horizontal push,and side pull.Using the experimental method,24 Jiangsu women’s table tennis professional team athletes were divided into four groups.Experimental group A was given 30%1RM compound training,experimental group B was given 70%1RM compound training,control group C was given 30%1RM traditional resistance training,and control group D was given 70%1RM traditional resistance training,a total of 6 weeks and 12 times of training.Before and after the experiment,the specific physical fitness evaluation indicators of all subjects were measured,and the data were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Research results:1.Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group(30%1RM and 70%1RM combined training)and the control group(30%1RM and 70%1RM traditional resistance training)in the five qualities of specific physical fitness(P>0.05).2.After the experiment,the intra-group comparative analysis showed that there were significant differences in the indexes of standing long jump,sitting rotation throwing,side sliding,A-word movement,and 60S double-swing rope skipping in experimental group A(30%1RM compound training)(P<0.05),while there were significant differences in the indexes of sitting rotation throwing,side sliding,and A-word movement in experimental group B(70%1RM compound training)(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in other indexes(P>0.05),Control group C(30%1RM traditional resistance training)had significant differences in lateral sliding and A-word movement indicators(P<0.05),while other indicators had no significant differences(P>0.05),while control group D(70%1RM traditional resistance training)had no significant differences in all indicators(P>0.05).The four training methods all improved the test results,and the most obvious improvement was in experimental group A(30%1RM compound training).3.Comparative analysis between groups after the experiment showed that there was a significant difference in the indexes of standing long jump between group A,group B and group D(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group C and the other three groups(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the indexes of sitting rotation ball throwing between the experimental group A and B and the control group C and D(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between experimental group A and control group C(P<0.05)in the index of lateral sliding,and there was a significant difference between experimental group B and control group C and D(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between experimental group A and B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in A-word movement between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the indexes of 60S double swing rope skipping(P>0.05).Research conclusion:1.In the preparation period of the season,the compound training for six weeks,twice a week,is an effective training method to improve the special explosive power of women table tennis players,and the best training effect is to use 30%1RM load intensity.2.In the preparation period of the season,the compound training twice a week for six weeks is an effective way to improve the special sensitivity of female table tennis players.The best effect is to use 30%1RM load intensity to improve the quality of lateral sliding,and the best effect is to use 70%1RM load intensity to improve the quality of A-word movement.3.In the preparation period of the season,the compound training for six weeks,twice a week,is an effective training method to improve the special coordination of women table tennis players,and the training effect of 30%1RM load intensity is the best.4.The traditional resistance training conducted twice a week for six weeks during the preparation period of the season can improve the special physical performance of women table tennis players in a short time,but the effect is average. |
