| Athlete’s sports ability and development degree is to be able to directly affect the action of the movement of athletes and the main factors of performance,so how to scientific sports ability of athletes to make accurate detection and find out the insufficiency,carries on the corresponding corrective training and eventually improve the ability of the movement of athletes,has been the focus in the study of national sports department.Table tennis is a widely developed sport in China,and as a national sport in China,table tennis has always been in the leading position in the world table tennis competitions.It is widely loved by the public for its simple and easy access to sports facilities,low space requirements and sports methods.However,for professional table tennis players,the long-term and intensive physical and technical training has led to a large number of athletes in injuries,thus affecting the athletes’ ability to exercise.Therefore,how to screen out the factors affecting the development of athletes’ ability through the test,accurately regulate the movements of athletes,reduce the injuries of athletes,and improve the athletic ability of athletes has become the key in the process of table tennis training.Therefore,in this study,23 table tennis players from Beijing sport university were selected as test objects by the method of literature review,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and FMS function test.The main results are as follows:1.The overall average score of the first FMS was 14.86±3.34 points.According to previous studies,14 points were generally considered as the watershed of FMS test.After correction,the overall average FMS score was 15.24±1.71 points,showing good performance.Through the relevant scores,it can be known that the tested athletes have passed the test and normative correction,and their test performance has been improved.2.Research shows that table tennis players generally have better flexibility,but slightly less stability and weak core strength.3.There were significant differences in six tests and total scores between different athletes and FMS,indicating differences in different test indicators and different body functions of different parts of athletes.4.Training years will significantly affect the total scores of squat test,shoulder flexibility test and FMS.5.There is no significant relationship between special physical fitness level and FMS.6.Factors such as training years,gender and sports grade will affect the scores of individual sports in the functional movement screening test of table tennis players. |
