At present,our school lacks the requirements for the specific physical fitness training content of the students of the main course of physical education in table tennis.This article starts from the perspectives of sports training,exercise physiology and sports measurement and evaluation,using literature data method,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys.Method and mathematical statistics are the main research methods.Questionnaires were sent to 16 experts engaged in table tennis teaching,training and guidance.The table tennis specific physical fitness and the content of each index system were discussed and analyzed,and table tennis was initially established.The specific physical fitness teaching content and indicators provide a theoretical basis for improving the specific physical fitness of the students in the main course of table tennis in our school’s education major,so that their training and teaching are more targeted.The following conclusions are drawn through the research:1 This research This research is carried out from the four major categories of professional qualities to research and screen out the ladder training,alternate foot-touching(30s),holding a racket for long shot smashing exercises(200),two-point support(exchange of hands and feet on the opposite side)30),elastic band training,multi-ball swing speed exercises,back-turning hands to touch the angle of the table,footwork exercises,50 m fast running +50m slow running(3km),various combination exercises(multiple balls 200)as An indicator of the student’s specific physical fitness in the main course of table tennis in the physical education major of Guangzhou Sport University.2 This paper sorts the weights of the ten selected indicators.The weight values of various combination exercises(200 multi-balls),footwork exercises,and multi-ball swing exercises are ranked in the top three,indicating that these three indicators are related to each other.Table tennis specific physical fitness level is highly correlated.3 The content of each specific physical fitness index system of the students in the main course of the physical education major of Guangzhou Sport University is composed of three levels: specific speed strength factor,specific explosive power factor,and specific coordination ability factor.4 The ten indicators were selected to enable teachers of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education to clarify the direction of class exercises,determine the focus of class exercises,and scientifically improve students’ specific physical fitness.
