With the trend of population aging in China,the autoimmune function of the elderly population is gradually declining,and they are vulnerable to various chronic non-communicable diseases,resulting in an increasing number of patients with chronic diseases in China.According to the survey of the Health and Family Planning Commission,chronic diseases have become the main influencing factors that endanger the health of the elderly.The adverse effects of chronic diseases on the elderly group are not only at the physical function level.Chronic diseases play a part of the intermediary role by affecting the daily social life function of the elderly group.The psychological level of the elderly group is also continuously pressurized,which is easy to form health anxiety.Health anxiety disorder is a state similar to hypochondriasis.It is an anxiety disorder characterized by excessive fear,worry and fear of their own physiological diseases.Domestic and foreign scholars have found that exercise intervention can significantly alleviate anxiety symptoms and depressive symptoms.Therefore,based on the concept of physical-mental-social-spiritual rehabilitation and social support theory,this study analyzes the influencing factors of health anxiety in elderly patients with chronic diseases,and explores the effects of exercise intervention group and non-structured routine social work service intervention on health anxiety in elderly patients with chronic diseases,and analyzes the causes behind the formation of exercise intervention.Through the study,it is found that the influencing factors of health anxiety in elderly patients with chronic diseases include the course of chronic diseases,physiological pain,age growth and sleep status at the physiological level.Psychological pressure and sense of life out of control at the psychological level;economic status and social support level at the social level;the nine influencing factors of negative life view at the spiritual level.In this study,randomized controlled trials,questionnaires,interviews,the use of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and health-promoting lifestyle scale(HPLP-II)as a research tool,before the intervention,intervention 1 month,intervention 3 months after the measurement.The mean difference of SAS scores in the intervention group before and after 1 month of intervention was 24.000 ± 0.956,and the P value was 0.000 less than 0.05;the mean difference of SAS scores before and after 3months of intervention was 29.867 ± 0.945,and the P value was 0.000 less than 0.05.The mean difference of SAS score was 5.867 ± 1.032,and the P value was 0.000 less than 0.05.It is confirmed that exercise intervention can effectively alleviate the health anxiety of elderly patients with chronic diseases and improve the healthy lifestyle of elderly patients with chronic diseases.The in-depth interview method was used to explore the causes of the effectiveness of exercise intervention,and the four dimensions of physiology,psychology,society and spirituality were analyzed,including that exercise delayed the decline of physical function level of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Improve the life control ability and stress management ability of elderly patients with chronic diseases;strengthen the social support network of elderly patients with chronic diseases;it guides the elderly patients with chronic diseases to establish a positive view of life.
