In recent years,with the acceleration of China’s modernization process,the aging of the population is aggravated,and chronic diseases have become a major disease that endangers the health of residents and affects the development of the country and society.Anxiety in diseases is a manifestation of irrational beliefs about the disease,which seriously affects the disease cognition of the elderly,reduces their treatment compliance,and causes adverse effects on daily life.Therefore,this study focuses on the practical intervention of group work on anxiety in elderly patients with chronic diseases,analyzes the relationship between biased cognition and anxiety,and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of intervening in anxiety in the chronic elderly based on cognitive behavior theory.During specific practical interventions,first of all,the author interviewed the elderly in the D community,preliminarily determined the service objects,and measured the degree of anxiety through the SAS scale,and analyzed the irrational cognition of the service objects about the disease.Secondly,based on the observation and estimation of the service object,Secondly,based on the observation and estimation of service objects,a team service plan was developed according to their needs,and intervention and data collection were conducted.In the evaluation stage,the author used the result evaluation and process evaluation methods to compare and analyze the previous and posterior data,so as to assess the changes and effectiveness of participation groups for elderly people with chronic diseases.Through the analysis of group practical intervention and evaluation data,I reached the following conclusions:group work intervention can effectively promote the relief of anxiety in the elderly with chronic diseases,cognitive behavioral therapy intervention in anxiety in the elderly with chronic diseases is adaptive,and social work plays a unique role in this process. |
