Research On Resource Integration In The Construction Of Township (Street) Social Work Stations

The 14 th Five-Year Plan points out that the construction of a social work service system will comprehensively accelerate the construction of township(street)social work stations in accordance with the standards of "sites,equipment,personnel,services,processes and systems".The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should strengthen the construction of urban and rural community governance and service systems,and promote the shift of the focus of social governance to the grassroots level.In order to reach the goal,the construction of social work stations in townships(street)is on the agenda as a fundamental solution to the construction of community governance and service system.In the process of building social work stations in townships(street),various resources are independent and monolithic,and the convenience and flexibility of obtaining resources are insufficient,which increases the difficulty of building stations.The effective integration of resources is not only related to the smoothness and effectiveness of the current construction of township(street)social work stations,but also to the future operation and development of township(street)social work stations.Based on the social system theory and resource integration theory,this study studies the resource integration in the construction of township(street)social work station in S City,J province.In the process of building a station in S city,the current situation of resources and resource support systems in each township(street)are different.In order to achieve the goal of building a station,resources must be effectively integrated.The study found that the integration of resources in the construction of social work stations in townships(street)mainly faces three major problems: the variety and scattering of resources required for station construction,the single source of resources required for station construction,and the lack of effective integration of station construction resources.Facing the challenges of resource integration in the construction of social work stations in townships(street),it is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures and methods to solve and cope with them: to bring into play the professional advantages of social workers in resource integration,to strengthen the support of each resource system,to construct a set of targeted resource system,and to promote the construction goals of social work stations in townships(street)as scheduled.
